Hey Sami! I just wanted to let you know how awesome I think your videos are! I’m currently 20 years old and live in a Small town called Heber Utah. Martial arts is something that has been apart of my life forever but I never pursued it. I finally got back into it 2 years ago and it’s been the best decision I think I’ve ever made for my life! I train with a really cool system in Heber called Tora Jutsu (tiger way) And it’s been a life changing experience for me! thank you for the motivation you’ve given me! Don’t let the vids stop 😎

Hi. Great instructions. My I make one suggestion. When you show the 2nd movement, going from shoulder to hip and back, I think it would be very beneficial for your students if the could also see a rear view of the chucks hitting your hips as well as the frontal view. This could help your students know the correct angle and area to bounce the chucks off of. Great job. Be water my friend.

Awesome video! I support anyone who practices "traditional" martial arts in an age where MMA has become so commercially successful, and traditional arts like TKD are largely laughed at. I'm a boxer by trade, but it's always exciting to see people like Stephen Thompson and Michael Venom Page utilize traditional techniques that people have trashed on for so many years at the highest levels of MMA competition, i.e. UFC and Bellator.

3 link will be better for you. You will have more control. Take your time and go slowly. There are many things happening as you learn this skill. Expect mistakes. They happen and sometimes hurt but you learn. I recommend learning from Sam and stick with it. Your mind must learn to overcome any fear of hitting yourself. You must also strengthen your wrists, arms, and shoulders. Going slow prevents injuries and avoids severe pain as you learn. Also as you go slowly, your muscles and joints will strengthen.

Because she has no clue on how to use these as a weapon, obviously!
Nothing wrong with using nunchaku as a circus implement, but the distinction between circus and martial arts should be made clear, instead of blurring the lines like this woman does, by posing with a black belt in front of a punching bag when she obviously has no clue about nunchaku as a weapon.
