    Great information. I do zero grazing with weanlings thru yearling, it keeps coccidia/parasite population at bay. My weanlings only get rumensin medicated feed and free choice hay. I only treat for coccidia and parasites if needed. I have had good luck with the weanlings thru yearlings with this practice.

      Way too cheap to let them go and graze thats what we do at our farm. We have only selected 10 just to try and double our number once they give birth but they are hitting hard on our pockets Feeding them its too expensive.

    How big are your kraals and how many animals per kraal, definitely subscribing. You know Faheem Kala, he breeds Boer and Kalahari Rads goats, you should look at a hydroponic green feed system. There is a farmer in Brooderstroom North West who has a simple system he built himself

      Ahaa..! I have always wanted to make a video about this even the past weekend i almost shot a video about that. It is possible thats what i have done but it takes a long time to have the most beautiful goats that u want. Ga ne o na le madi i will say buy atleast 2-5 females tsa boergoat commercials then once they give birth they will put u in a nice place. I will do a proper video about this in the coming weeks.

      Actually at our farm we do both, we only zero graze a few a lot more go out and graze. Extensive farming is the cheapest ever

      Buy a ready to serve buck thats between 8month and one year or older its fine. Keep a buck different place from the ewes.

      That kraal is only 10m by 10m but surely you can still fit them in a smaller kraal. Everyday at 4pm i take them out to stress for an hour only.
