After a couple of times you start going into situations with your abuser with defense mechanisms and already know or/if have ways of how you leaving as soon as things start going bad if that makes sense. He wasn’t physically abusing her but mentally and emotionally she was abused to me.

When someone cheats on you go through the same step of trust needing to be reestablished by the cheater eventhough it can work out percentages is low because the cheater don’t want to do the work and the person cheated on can’t let go of what they did. Both have to do some type of work sigh. Coach these things to friends over and over pattern never changes. (Just like Carla said) When a man tell you something significantly like “I don’t want to be with you” “I don’t want to be in a relationship” “I don’t care for you” etc. BELIEVE THAT! And LEAVE! It aggravating seeing women stay because the mental heck they are going through. In her defense love is a risk, give and take she thought he was going to give this time. It hurt me hearing her have that hope me listening knowing she giving herself false hope.

If she had begun to date (once the tears passed) while he was doing him, he would not have been so free and living it up. Yes, he wanted to see her hurt, feed his ego. The minute she decided it was over, over, he woke up. I see my ex in her story. I also could not eat, lost so much weight that my best friend, who speaks no English, used Google translate to talk to my brother for help, I was miserable, would cry on the bus, while walking, in the shower, whenever alone, I can not believe the hole I fell into. I am so glad I made it over her and am doing much better. It was definitely a lesson learned: wolves in sheeps clothing are closer to you than you think.
*I did choke my ex, but it was for the reason Carla said. I wanted her to feel the pain she made me feel emotionally (since she seemed to be fine emotionally, physical pain was what I wanted her to feel).

at the end of the day its you or someone else, its either your happiness or someone else's. If it happens once its possible it will happen again, twice for sure you need to be in a different space, it gonna just be the same repetitive cycle
I'll tell you one thing I've been through it all with somebody for six years been cheated on, lied to, manipulated, was physically mentally an emotionally abused for six years on and off. I took this person back the first time because this person came to me where I moved out to and cried at my door and beg for my forgiveness the same as she said basically in her video. Which is a huge mistake I will tell you because once you're dating a narcissist and an abuser they do not change no matter how much they say they will they will continue to lie and cheat and manipulate you. Once that trust goes out the window it never comes back. I stayed for so long bc I felt comfortable with this person. I believe they changed for a little while. But eventually the trust started getting low again. I had been called every name in the book when I wouldn't be doing anything wrong. If I didn't bring home something this person wanted I was all types of names! I was even being accused of being a cheater all the time. When you know you haven't cheated and you're being accused of it just know that they're doing something behind your back and have a guilty conscience that's why they think you're doing the same. Also never go searching through someone's phone or social medias. It will drive you insane and you don't want to go searching for something you don't want to find, because believe me you will find something you don't want to find. It will drain you! In the end I had heard it all. All the lies to keep me around like telling be basically anything I wanted to hear to keep me from leaving. To buying me things and giving me passwords etc... After so long you just finally get fed up and you start seeing all the BS you saw that had been there all along btw you were just blinded by love and thinking you wouldn't be able to find love again. Then those "oh I'll change and you can always have my phone and I love you more than anyone in this world l, I can't love without you, etc..." Starts sounding like "blah, blah, blah, blah, blah". I will say going through that type of torture makes you a way stronger person in the end than you ever thought you could be.

This woman is a WIFE. Falling in love is by chance. Staying in love is a CHOICE. It’s an intentional decision you make each day. Some people think feelings are everlasting but unfortunately they are only temporary. The longevity of a relationship is determined by the conscious CHOICES you make each day. This man has recently and maliciously been deleting her videos (SPONSORED videos; like how she gets paid) from her YT account! She’s had to get them restored, and he did it again and YT’s is investigating it. He’s mad because she did this series of videos exposing his nastiness. It’s really sad.
