Really glad to see another good Realism playthrough on yt, will be watching. Re using items in the open, there is a mod called Use Loose Loot but it seems its github doesn't have a link to the 3.9 version.
@TarkovIRL hell yeah thank you! Literally just found that the other day browsing through the mod list I must have missed it before, was able to find the 3.9 version so got that installed now for the next episode!
@antocrack0074 In general SPT is usually one major update behind. So right now they are on the previous wipe version before the most recent update to live.
