Two interesting things from an African perspective, but true from a human perspective: 1) the recognition of the African origin of civilization (I thought I was reading Cheikh Anta Diop !), 2) putting side by side Egyptian (Kemetic) art and Black art is recognizing the cultural unity of Black Africa (another topic in Diop's work). Afrocentricity (Molefi Kete Asante) is well alive. Thanks Gabriel Elizondo and Max Hollein for this beautiful lesson.
What is happening in Gaza is of course a story of injustice and lies. Art unites people, because we are all human beings, members of the same family: humanity. We have the same rights, we are all equal.
Hollein bows to wokism and thus to Al-Jazeera: to keep his job he must put at the forefront Gaza with a victim biais.Hopefully, November presidential vote will put a brake to this disease called cancel culture. Fire Hollein, that would be "a good beginning"

What does this have to do with Gaza?
