    Been having issues with zendesk support. I have an android based phone and for some reason ZenDesk isn't text messaging me and I'm getting notifications but would be nice to modify sounds for individuals ugh :(

    I think organizations is so you can group contacts. E.g. multiple contacts to 1 organisation
