question: I make my own dentures. at some point I am thinking about using porcelain teeth. is the wax up and the flasking the same? I know the plastic teeth will bond with the acrylic base, but will the same methods work to hold in the porcelain ones as well? seems like the two materials wouldn't bond well, so that's why I'm asking.
Porcelain teeth will have retention pins and that where the teeth get most of the retention in this process. I doubt labs still make dentures with porcelain teeth but it worth the try
