I’m from Dallas and work in Fort Worth by Las Vegas trail. Let me tell you, this place has the best birria tacos I’ve ever tasted. The flavor is like no other. Mention I’m Mexican-American I’ve tried many birria but Cortes birria tacos just hit different! Much recommended!

WOW!! What a great story. Owning a restaurant is a lot of dedicated work. So much that you do when the business is closed as well. My family owned a small restaurant in a small town. Lots of extra prep work when closed, it's a non stop work. So happy that his dream came true.
The American dream is not dead. You need perseverance, a strong work ethic, and support from family and community. Well done, and I hope for continued success.
Yes nd not all criminals ! Sucks we live in an evil world. 🌎 but there’s a lot hard workin raza 🇲🇽 that respect the law nd love to get there money the right way .😊

Simple as that❤❤❤❤🍻🌮 cheers dude cheers!!!! 🥂to many more years of blessings!! God is definitely watching over you and your family. BENDICIONES MIJO Y SALUD!!💕💞❤️🩵
Thousands of immigrants are living the American dream. Working hard. Adding value to their community. Their reward? A president who uses them as pawns and wanting to deport their hard work and dreams.
Why did the interviewer call it controversial??? What’s controversial about trying to achieve the American dream? Lots of businesses start in folks driveways and kitchens. The best tamales I’ve has in South Texas come from a lady who makes them out of her house. They are so much better than any chain or big restaurant. This is not controversial
Happy for them... Birria tacos is easy to make, dont have to invest a lot and you can make thousand of tacos a week and million tacos a year.. I own one in Tijuana, Mexico..cant complain my wife is happy.. (Happy wife happy life) now I can imagine owning one in U. S soil.. Viva Mexico!
This happen not as miracle this happen because PARENTS give good example of life, they are a family of work, respect, and love for family, together they did the AMERICAN DREAM REALITY, but was not free, it take courage, work, discipline, determination and perseverance, CONGRATULATION, YOU SOW TO EVERYBODY THAT IS HOPE IF YOU DECIDE TO DO GOOD.
Taco birria with or without cheese are my favorite. I have been going all over Miami for years trying to find the best one. So far I haven't found the best however the best ones I ever had were at Las galleries Mexican restaurant in Slocomb Alabama
They ain't lying either. It's good. The menu is pretty simple which is probably why they food is so good. They have perfected what they know to be good at it and stick to that. It gets really packed on the weekend tho, so expect a long line.
If people feel its worth to pay the price asked then its all okay. Don't get me wrong I do commend people that keep their prices low out of the goodness of their heart but on the flipside I don't see a problem with asking for what your food is worth.
Well, there are definitely healthy Mexican dishes out there. I notice some people think Northern Mexican and Tex-Mex food are the only Mexican foods out there and that they’re supposed to be fried and greasy. But there are so many dishes out there that, when prepared fresh, can be absolutely nutritious. Guacamole, for one, is actually healthy. Tostadas (baked or toasted tortillas) can be topped with black beans or mashed beans and a variety of other items including but not limited to nopales (Mexican cactus-very healthy), mushrooms, pico de gallo (chopped onion, tomato and jalapeño), and cheese. Also, if you prefer flour tortillas, I would use wheat tortillas instead. And I like healthy burritos with mashed beans and chicken in adobo sauce (called “Tinga de Pollo”). Plus, fresh salsa, green, red, habanero are perfect for any recipe. But store bought ain’t bad either (they tend to over salt a little for my taste).
Thank God there are those small companies that fought, grew and made it through! the wicked attacks of covid thieves. God knows that so many small businesses fell apart because of what these evil people did. Happy Jesus Christ loves you Thanksgiving.. God opening new door for you give you an entrepreneurial Spirit enlighten your mind giving you a vision..
