Try repotting to a bigger pot. My aglaonema was a single plant for almost a year. Once I reported it to a bigger pot, it started growing more shoots.

Sir I put 2 cuttings as shown by you but all leaves turned yellow and fell only the stem is thr frm 2 months no new growth. What went wrong?

Frankly speaking I don't have any idea on that. However, Plant physiology and animal Physiology is completely different.
