As long as it’s the same ingredients then not much different. Some pad Thai have banana flower in them if the season allows it
if you local padthai are not bland and taste sweet,sour,salty is ok,its the same here in Thailand, im Thai.

전 팟타이는 부재료 맛으로 많이 먹었던것 같아요
라임 쭉쭉 짜주고, 쪼끄마한 건새우 넣어주고, 땅콩가루 팍팍 쳐주고,
고춧가루 넣어주고, 사워크림에 있는 고추도 몇개 넣어주고 :)
람부뜨리 가면 결벽증 로띠 아저씨라고 있는데 그집 팟타이 괜찮아요 :)
로띠는 완전 맛집이구요!!
우리나라 떡볶이 처럼 가게 마다 팟타이 맛이 조금씩 다르더군요~
어디는 정말 맛있는데 어디는 좀.. ㅎㅎ
방콕에 생각보다 촬영할께 많군요, 나중에 또 갈때는 좀 오래 있어야 겠어요 ㅎㅎ

Ever see beef rendang?, it does not look good while you are cooking it, but it taste heavenly when you eat it.
