what volume do you manage to get into the fermenter when high gravity brewing? Thinking about a system here in Germany for our project. What size fermenters would you recommend pairing this system with when high gravity brewing?
Fermcaps is magic haha, defintely saved me from cleaning a few times now! I figured something else was going on so that makes sense about the condenser. Sweet setup though!! Happy brewing!!@@BondiBeachBeer
i have an almost identical system, im interested in your steam condenser, what size pipe work is it, do yiou use groud water though the condenser and how do you find it works for the size of your kettle. im looking forward to more brewing content from you
Hey legend… Was waiting for someone to ask that! The hydro is there as a more of a sanity check, I easy den all of the measurement. But just double check with the hydro every now and then to see that it matches the easy dens. The refract gets a work out as well. Why not right?
Hahah, alright gotcha! I am a brewer from a small brewery here in Sweden, we use 2000L equipment but yours look quite fun to brew with:) is your brewery combined with a taproom? @@BondiBeachBeer
Well no one is around, no distractions and I can zen out a bit…also so I’m done by about lunch time so I’m not in the way of the chefs. Ps..Awesome food @easytigerbondibeach
This is an awesome video
Thanks bro… I’ll try and snap as many of these brew days as possible. 😎
Ps… been a @homebrew4life fan for years!! The kings of content!
Some nice equipment you got. Greets from a jealous home brewer. :)
Hey, thanks legend

No worries legend… thanks for watching.

Cheers legend. I have a few brew days coming up ,I’ll keep them coming.
Thanks for sharing the process. Great video.
Thanks for watching!
Loved watching that! I now need to get the little stand for the MW102 (or try to 3d print one...) Cheers!
Hey PTB… I got mine from Amazon. It’s called a retort stand.
Nice one, great video! Looks like you got a great location there.
Thanks a lot! Great vibes in summer

nice micro set up!
Cheers legend
Really enjoyed the video! Do you not worry about boil over when adding hops with such little head space in the kettle?
I was thinking the same thing!
I said the same thing . if i did that on my 30bbl system i would be cleaning for hours....
Hey Gus, great question. I run the boil hard with a steam condenser… also I add a bit of fermcap at the start of the boil.

@@gusj209 forgot to mention also. It looks full also because its a high gravity brew and i water back it during whirlpool..
Thank you so much for the vid it was great!!!!!! Can I ask what the brew system brand is looks really good. Cheers Steve
Hello Steve, it is a pro 200L system from Kegland. It’s great to work on and I highly recommend.

It’s not too bad. It’s bought from Kegland.
I run ground water through it as fast as possible.
Only just does the job. The kettle is 300L
Awesome brewery! Why don’t you use the easy dense for the final OG aswell?

@@ThaNoizy it is indeed we have a South East Asian restaurant attacheed @easytigerbondibeach
@@BondiBeachBeer cool!
hey there, great setup! Is that the kegland 300L system you are using?
What was added to the boil at 2:25?
Hi Derek, that would be yeast nutrient and some whirlfloc.
Why so early in the morning?
I'm guessing that they need to be open for customers in the afternoon/evening so they don't want to have the place steamed up
