I just bought a lower end yurt for hunting in NWPA, it was delivered today 12/23/2022.
I haven't decided whether to put a wood stove in it or a kerosene heater.
It would have been nice if the ice was thick enough to fish and you could have cought your dinner beautiful spot

Did you have another Hot Tent that was square that you glammed up on your other property to show your husband? You had a bed, desk, chandelier & twinkle lights, you had it set up really cute. But seemed bigger and square. Size? Looking at purchasing and was curious. Thanks for your input.

I'm curious to ask how well can someone stay in a canvas tent over a whole winter? If you have a wood stove and fuel, is it possible to actually be comfortable?
Yes, I had a 10 man arctic tent and I did well with the M1941 tent stove I lived in it till I got my cabin completed in northern Arizona. I've seen minus 30° below zero (F)...my stove is multifuel. Gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, wood, or coal. The tent is gone from sun damage over the years, but just bought a White Duck 10ft tent, in OD GREEN. GET it delivered today.
And the M1941 tent stove I use in the cabin.

funny we don't have to carry a gun when we go camping here in canada
We have bears here that attack people. Unlike Canada and other countries.
@@korkalba8658 you don't know a thing about canada we have way more bears than you do and i camp in bear country all the time have been for over 30 years have never ever carried a fire you do realize that by square area canada is bigger than the us
firearm of any sort and bears don't randomly attack unless you are doing something stupid
if you include the area of our lakes and we only have 1/10 the population so way more area for bears and other wild life
google it and we have a bear bigger and nastier than grizzly the polar bear on the average 10% bigger than grizzly
i loved the vid. you look and seem content within your surroundings. your sett up is nice and your dog and your arm can keep you safe, love it.
