Thankfully Ahsoka is confirmed for Season 2. It's a shame about the Acolyte as I was looking forward to seeing how the threads tied into Plagueis' plan.
Oh I must have missed that announcement. Yes I was really interested to learn more about Plagueis too. I’ve never read the novel about him so know very little.
@@CulturePhilter I'm just so shocked by this news. They announced a load of books and comics linked to the Acolyte for next spring and just assumed that meant a second season was coming. But at least there'll be some continuation. I hope we still get the announced James Mangold Dawn of the Jedi film.
@@whoniversityoflore oh that’s cool. I’ve sadly realised in the last few years that I just don’t have time to play games like that anymore. So many unplayed games on my shelf.
@@CulturePhilter I can agree with you that it was not up to Andor's standards. However, I felt that all the other Star Wars shows were far better than The Acolyte.
@@philipguyott3352 fair enough. It’s all subjective after all and we all have different preferences. Are you someone hoping for a KOTOR live action project?
@@CulturePhilter Not really, but only because I don't play computer games, so I don't know the source material. But if it was as good as the other Star Wars shows like Andor, I would give it a chance.
@@philipguyott3352 fair enough. I’m only very loosely familiar with the era it’s set. But I’m just generally keen for Star Wars to branch out of the 70 year period of the timeline that all the other live-action stuff has taken place in and I think this cancelation has made it less likely we’ll get stuff outside of the films timeframe.

@@whoniversityoflore yes hopefully those expanded media entries can conclude things somewhat.
@@CulturePhilter on a positive note, the Star Wars Outlaws game next week is carrying on some of the characters from Solo, so there's always hope!

This is great for Star Wars. They needed to know that we won't watch any old rubbish.
I actually quite enjoyed it. Not up to Andor standards but as good as some other Star Wars shows.
