Shouldn't a 14 year old be in form 1? And if she chose to get married and her parents removed her from that marriage, why did her parents take her to another man surely? I blame the parents for all this.

This woman should never have been taken to any prison if she had a good lawyer. There were so many extenuating circumstances in this case that any lawyer could have cited to get this woman the medical help she needed rather than jail.
In kenya so many people dont have to go to jail,,,,the problem is that what do you bring on the table for the judge,,,if nothing the constitution is followed to the last latter,,,,if really wrong doing lands people in jail, then the likes of babu owino who shot a person but is still walking at large
