    Best commentary of all time. Fantastic mob as well, been trying to create some first rib self-mobs for a while now. Thanks for this!

    I have been suffering with neck, shoulder, chest pain for over two years and have tried many forms of healing. I have never heard of first rib issues and tried this out today. Upon completion of the first
    Move, I felt relief. My widows hump decreased and my should pain was better. My clavicle pain was gone as well. Thank you for a new tool to fight the pain.

      Gail Kiser I as well have found out about the first rib. Been living with shoulder pain for 18 years. Finally finding relief

    This looks very handy. I appreciate how it includes the 1st rib & whole arm range of motion. TY. =:)

    That front delt/medial delt ungluing made a huge impact on my shoulder pain. After one round my shoulder pain nearly went away after 2 minutes. That lacrosse ball does some miracle work! I'm back to benching heavy again

    Great stuff. Enjoyable and informative. That's what I needed (and what I wish I'd learned years ago) for my shoulder. It's exactly what I need help with. Thanks!

    Rather than buying a PVC pipe and attaching a tennis ball to it, can we also put a tennis ball directly in the neck where the first rib hurts, bend our neck in that direction, and then lift our arm to push the first rib down?

    This can be done on a bar, place the ball , start with a softer one, in the pocket and hang off the bar

    Wouldn't this irritate the brachial plexus?

    • @kh-wg9bt
      @kh-wg9bt 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +COWNDEN .Jason D'ya know what'd irritate the brachial plexus more (chronically)? an immobile elevate first rib. People need to man up and experiment with what their limits are which (might) irritate structures short term, but enhance movement and mobility long term.

      I have TOS and this made my scalenes super tight and irritated brachial plexus . I asked because I tried and it flared up really bad

    • @kh-wg9bt
      @kh-wg9bt 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +COWNDEN .Jason there's other reasons for tos. did you try it just the once? occasionally sensitive tissues need frequent gentle coaxing

    • @Garahan
      @Garahan 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      No I tried it several times.
      Any pressure there makes it worse... once the spasms stop and the scalene comes back to normal I will try it again.

    • @kh-wg9bt
      @kh-wg9bt 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +COWNDEN .Jason like I say there could be many causes. if the nerves aren't moving due to compression in the cervical spine for example. this won't help. That's why a differential diagnosis is important.

    art sucks, trust me. Get off his back about it. He know his stuff and is giving his take on it. I have tried ART and there are hundreds of other modalities better.
