I hope you ladies are getting some sleep this homecoming season! I’ve put your videos on repeat this week while working on mums. Thank you! I’ve learned so many great tips!
I just tried your version of a mum skirt after three years of trying two other methods. THANK YOU! I am done searching as this is by far my favorite way. DIY'er of friends and family mum maker here and only do about 10 a year. This was wonderful!
This is a great method. I’ve only been making mums for about five years, and I tried a strip method last year and it’s a game changer. Grouping the way you did here is another game changer! Thank you so much for sharing!
Oh my gosh, thank you so much for the tutorial!!!! It helped me soooo much! I’ve got 2 girls in high school now so I’m making their mums. You do such a great job of explaining everything! I’m going to look at the rest of your videos and see if you have some braid tutorials. Thanks again!!
hello lynn, just a comment!! I am working on granddaughters and grandsons, as well as girlfriends, etc. I am not a business, I am almost 70 and was so behind the times on everything mum after all these years. These ladies are really amazing, have been so kind and helpful to answer every question and it has really helped me. They have a ton of tutorials, and they are great at explaining the entire process. They have shared so much. I live in Ok. now, but grew up in TX when mums were everything. You are in for a terrific time watching everything! Sorry to barge in, I just wanted you to know, that every single video has helped me so much. Nice to meet you! Phyllis
@@PhyllisMata-r7b Hi there Phyllis! I'm also a grandma that's making mum's for the grandkids. I'm 62 and when I was in high school we used fresh flowers and I loved the way they smelled! I'm so thankful I stumbled across this channel! They have such wonderful and helpful ideas!! I'm in New Braunfels and our homecoming is October 11th. I've got all the supplies. Now it's time to start practicing with the braids! Thank you for your comments! It was nice chatting with someone in the same boat as myself!! 😊😊
Appreciate yall always sharing! I always learn something new! I hope you have a quad video coming soon - I need all the tips and tricks as I tackle my first one 🫣🫣🤣🤣

Wow! What an incredible video! I learned about things I had never heard of, and they are going to make my life SO MUCH BETTER! Thank you! Thank you! I do have one suggestion, please: Your voice is VERY soft (and very lovely), but sometimes I really can't hear all your words -- especially at the end of some sentences. Do you think you could reposition your mic so that it picks up your voice a little stronger? Thanks! I don't want to "miss a word" of your tremendous wisdom and advice! :)
Aww, thank you. And thanks for the advice. I actually tend to have a loud voice lol and am trying to tone it down but that helps me adjust for next time. Let us know if you have any questions, we hope this helps you out.
Making my sons girlfriend mum for the first time. You said, white is for senior’s? Is there any rules specific for sophomore’s? Great video and I love how soothing your voice is.
Not sure you will ever see this but would love a video on the various assortment of mum heads. I make my daughter’s and I’m currently contemplating how to make a double without it looking like a certain pair of body parts. 🥸😳🫣 I was looking specifically at your diagonal mum placement.
We will try to do more videos like this soon- we just get crazy during mum season! For a double diagonal try starting with a triple backer like the one we made, moving one of the circle rounds in just a little (this ine will not have a flower - you can fill space with bear or ribbon) and then rotating the backer a little so the two with flowers are on a diagonal

Thank you. Sophomores are traditionally the school colors and do one or two flowers. Hope that helps. Have fun!
