Dont use the Hornet pads , Both pads r different in quality They look same as both bikes have 3 pot nissin caliper CbR 250r has a sintered pads as stock and copper coating Get both pads new n then see the difference , please people don't compromise with your safety for few money CBR 250 can reach 165 km top speed and that time breaking performance will compromise with a Organic Hornet brake pads
