- As The Final Shape is the BIG Expansion to wrap up the Light and Dark saga, being as prepared as possible, especially if you are going to be doing the Content Raid attempts will help out a lot. Bounty prepping can help with Season Pass Progress, Exotic Weapon Catalyst Progression and Episode Artifact Progress as well. You have 6 weeks so if you spread it out it won't be too grindy and you can maximize as well.

for the moon bounties, the nightmare hunt bounties can both be completed by launching a nightmare hunt then running to altars of sorrow. This allows you to complete three weeklies at once, and makes it significantly faster

One thing to remember when you turn the bounties in or push to complete them to get the XP make sure your ghost is set to 6 on the XP boost to get max XP...I almost forget myself at times...it helps.
Another tip for Europa Variks bounties. If you go through the objectives and the mission, and still havent quite finished the bounty objectives.... as long as you dont complete the quest by talking to Variks for the loot drop, you can progress the bounty. IE.. as long as you have the associated quest line active, you can work towards the bounty.
If you are a longtime player and did all this the Grind would be Real...
i have about 50-55 bounties already completed on all 3 characters
Bungie already said in a twab that bounties wouldn't carry over into final shape months ago. Before the delay announcement, did they change their plans on that recently?
Are you sure about this? All the popular streamers are collecting bounties. Perhaps Bungie referred to a specific bounty type?

I have a feeling that there won't be an artifact until the Episodes start, which won't be until after the raid. Not sure about season passes as I don't remember them mentioning what is happening with the passes when they did the FS vidoc way back when. But I think it would be wise to watch and be cautious about unless Bungie says something before then.

What happened to the program that used to tell you where you scored for your progress for a new DLC. It would tell you what you needed in resources like ascendant shards , upgrade modules etc. Does anyone know what I am talking about?
Just curious, are we absolutely sure that we have season passes with episodes? I’ve already done all my bounties for my characters but idk if they’ll be for naught lol
Confirmed by Bungie on twitter. Season pass and artifact progress for episode one starts with final shape launch.

My question is are we sure that bounties aren't being retooled or reset in some way
As they gave us the raid date and know many of us bounty prep this would have been the time to let us know if we shouldn't be prepping. They haven't stopped us from doing this for years now so if that whole system was going to change I think they would have said so.
Skip the Ascendant Challenge bounties. It takes less time to just complete extra bounties from the Cosmodrome on day one.
If you get all 12 on all 3 it works out over 400k it is worth it
