But they clearly have to be listening because there was some drama when they added No Hero Finn, I remember watching videos saying that the creators were annoyed that they weren't asked or anything. And soon after, they removed it. Plus it worked fine in the game and there weren't any glitches with it so they had no other reason to remove it. So they do listen sometimes, you just can't talk to them directly I don't know why they don't have a group wall either or anything- Who knows? Maybe they're shy or something
