I discovered this chanel because of a trending extract of your 1st video on Rwanda (the conversation with the bicycle guy), and I’m loving it. Looking forward to your stay in Rwanda, meanwhile I’ll be binge-watching the other episodes espacially on Kenya and Uganda. Anyway, thank you for sharing your adventures, it must take a lot of work to choose the right passages over the course of a day to edit the videos. Also you must really like cycling because it must be long all these kilometers alone on the bike (even if you often have company 😆and interactions). Do you sometimes listen to music while cycling?

Wrong. The Rift Valley in Kenya especially the routes he chose are no joke. He has been going to very steep Highlands and mountains some over 3000m asl. It's just this part of Uganda is same terrain as it is around Mt Elgon.

Yves brother if you can get a knee strap put it on if the pain is in the back of your knee it could me muscle damage or ligaments . Get 2 knee straps at next pharmacy and get some tiger balm or deep heat both have both hot and cold types use the cold one to cool down the pain use the hot one to help with the pain when your being active

Just got back from east Africa. As a musongo you will constantly be hassled and be asked for money after 2 months I stopped the hand shakes and friendliness just leaving the fists (for bumps) hanging in my face. I admire the energy you have to make the effort to be friendly. Rwanda will be a treat with people not hassling you and no kenya police trying to get money out of you.
Majority of Kenyans enter Uganda from Malaba and Busia. This is a new border for the majority so we are keenly following you. Yves has a way of showing people parts of their respective countries they never knew much about.

Highways in Uganda is so empty. Kapchorwa and bukwo are kalenjin inhabited regions of Uganda.
That road is empty because most traffic use Busia and Malaba border crossings . That region mostly supply crops so the traffic is seasonal

Just got back from east Africa. As a musongo you will constantly be hassled and be asked for money after 2 months I stopped the hand shakes and friendliness just leaving the fists (for bumps) hanging in my face. I admire the energy you have to make the effort to be friendly. Rwanda will be a treat with people not hassling you and no kenya police trying to get money out of you.
Majority of Kenyans enter Uganda from Malaba and Busia. This is a new border for the majority so we are keenly following you. Yves has a way of showing people parts of their respective countries they never knew much about.
Yes indeed, the southern route past Kericho and Ahero to Busia and the northern route via Eldoret to Malaba.
It's bn there for sometime.It was opened by Uhuru in his first term when we made lots of noise about jams in Malaba

There is also another border to uganda in West pokot called Amudat. The area is so dry but is an interesting route
