Ricky is making fun of Karl for his idea of how his eyes are working harder when he was visiting all of those places. But actually, he's making a really good point and I think it makes perfect sense. Whether or not you agree with that, I think that most people will agree this show was pure genius and I wish they'd make more. Karl is a very interesting and entertaining person in these situations.

It's two seasons and it's Karl on his own, traveling to answer life's questions. In some ways, I like it even better than An Idiot Abroad. He has more freedom to do his thing.
