I have a Karl type of humor and very few people get it so I’ve tried to stifle it. I was surprised to see people actually laughing at what he was saying.
'An idiot abroad' is incredibly funny. All 3 seasons are fantastic..also 'The moaning of life' with just Karl (no input from Ricky or Steve) is a must watch!
I know right I hope they watch more of the moaning of life. They watched marriage tbh the most boring one It'll be cool to see them react to KP the clown, the guy who eats roadkill, the pain party in the episode happiness, would be great.
Ricky is making fun of Karl for his idea of how his eyes are working harder when he was visiting all of those places. But actually, he's making a really good point and I think it makes perfect sense. Whether or not you agree with that, I think that most people will agree this show was pure genius and I wish they'd make more. Karl is a very interesting and entertaining person in these situations.

love this show so much. it's just so funny cuz Karl is so real, he doesnt do any bs for the camera. also just a little pointless thing but i actually read somewhere that in China it's considered rude to not eat noodles in one piece or something along those lines, so when that guy the driver is eating the noodles like that its actually tradition
I didn't notice the first time I watched it but the scorpions-on-a-stick that the Chinese girl was eating were still moving. Well, at least one of them was. Also, I remember reading an article before the Olympics were in Beijing that the Chinese gov't were trying to get the Chinese people to understand that the rest of the world thinks the "spitting" is disgusting and were trying to get them to stop for at least a few weeks. Not sure if that was successful.
Hey from Florida! My mom raised me on Absolutely Fabulous so that was one of my favorite British shows other than Mr. Bean. It's kind of molded my humor sometimes and sometimes people misunderstand lol🤷🏽♀️ Oh and Derek was incredibly written👌🏽

I totally missed your comment and noted a very similar observation. I have to agree with you! I think Karl has a kind of brilliance of his own. I can relate to him. Our brains just work differently than most people, and it gives us a different perspective that is actually an advantage in many situations. But it makes us kind of socially awkward at times...at least in the eyes of others.
