Broke it! Caterpillar D2 5u9553 Radiator Repair - Part 1: Episode 1

So while I was at the 2023 Bowling Green Historical Construction Equipment International Convention and Old Equipment Exposition, I was sitting there minding my own business... and, then the smell hit me. I was thinking it couldn't be my D2, it just couldn't. But, low and behold, it was. I got up and looked under the radiator and there 9553 was just peeing green from the radiator.
Seems while I was pushing hard on a pile of dirt for the shovels, something gave out in the old radiator, and several tubes were leaking hard. So, I drove her back and parked her for the night.
The next day, I added some Blue Devil sealant, and that did little to stem the flow of green liquid from the radiator. I got her up to operating temperature and the leaking continued. I shook my head and parked 9553 and used the time to video operating machinery, only to load her up later in the day for the trip home.
This is the follow-on video to the HCEA show and will start by covering repair to the radiator, including removal and reinstallation of the core and any trials and tribulations that go along with it.
