I can't make my card run more than 20-30% so I have fps on about 60-70.. any idea what can I do? I reinstalled cs2, windows.. all settings in windows I switched on performance mode, window graphic dropped on minimum on Nvidia settings all are on performance and the game all settings are in low but I can't make the card to run harder than 30%. Why?
