Priests are not good to be the CM. They are mostly narrow minded.

Same encounter happened in Tamilnadu 2 days back. Yes the failure of criminal justice system. Then why we have police station and court to punish.

    Neelu ji
We have always been divided on caste, creed and religion lines. The polity in the country is run on these lines.
Police in the states and central forces have always been extended arm of the political party in power and this has been becoming more evident
It seems public has lost confidence in the criminal justice system
You are discussing the situation on ethical grounds, but the stark reality on the ground is totally different

These encounters put an end to any proper investigation which can throw light on the nature of social, economic and political aspects of these crimes. It’s important to know these aspects to make policies to minimize crimes.

Modi ji style of working is very bad please don’t compare with other countries today political leaders always blame previous governments not good bcs the British people has thought us but in USA and uk and Canada never criticize previous governments but in India it’s happening for example USA 4+4 two terms for president after that retirement no 3 rd term but in India no multiple party system is safe for this country all developed countries are enjoying like 5 eyes USA uk Canada Australia and Newzeland but what you did nothing we are 100 years back log jumala baba not good msg to the citizens

Yogi has expressed ,”Thok do ‘ . No belief in normal process of law is writ large in the statement. The question is if law should be followed. We should oppose giving power to Police to eliminate an accused person. The word encounter was unknown to law . Justification for injuring or killing after arrest points out to incompetence of the Police. We enter in to Medieval age when large number of people believe that encounter killing is justice. Most of the people are not affected by encounter killings .However they think justice is done by way of revenge. Revenge is least important aspect of punishment. The Police and the Courts exist primarily for maintaining law and order. The police specialises in investigation of crime but it was no authority to punish. The courts specialise in judging after hearing the evidence led by police and evidence led in defence . The weighing of evidence in each case requires an element of wisdom and wisdom cannot be taught but experience does. The whole system laid topsy turvy when investigators become judges ,

If religion is mixed with politics ...crime mixed with money...
    Administration mixed with casteism
...All that is in BJP ruled states
