the're very hard to use,i have a set but a heavy metal set so i don't use them much,thanks to your channel though i've now finally acquired a set of foam chuck,hit myself in the nuts a few times doing infinites but i will master the move lol thanks for the great inspiring tutorials

have not hit myself in over 30 years and practice an average of at least 40 -45 hours a week for over 40 years and am faster than Bruce Lee ever was with the sticks, no disrespect intend. He is why I can do what I can do like walking away physically after being stabbed about 50 times with hunting knife's or having an anti-tank missile explode on shoulder
