    Ok what id like to see is touching target while doing these tricks . The point is to touch target and inflict damage while staying in motion

    hey, how do you do the wrist roll back and forth so fluently and fast?
    i have been practicing fr a mont or above with a steel nunchuk and yet no good results, like HOW do u do It?

    i think foam ones maybe lighter than the wooden and the steel ones.

    Soo I see u have learned well. But how long. And how much training have u had ?. . I have a good few years but only self taught. Just now about 17 ish years later I started to watch videos to see where I was at. . Been in love with this masterpiece. For about 20 years. Only 28. . How long u take u to get where yo at . N ty for the knowledge of this art.
