Solo Hiking The Skye Trail - Part 2

- I've had the guidebook for The Skye Trail for many years, but at the end of April 2023, I finally made my way to the Isle of Skye for this incredibly beautiful hike.
I heard that this trail is very challenging, especially because there is no waymarking and sometimes the paths are not clearly visible. This was one of the reasons why it took me so long to finally give this trail a go. However, I found that for a more experienced hiker, this trail is not too difficult to navigate (given that weather is fair).
This is part 2 of 3 of this adventure.
I have done the Skye Trail and loved the fact you smiled soo much throughout your video which just showed how much you enjoyed it too. Thank you for sharing 🙏 😊
Watching your hiking expedition fills me with nostalgia for my recent mountain trek. Your video captures the essence of the great outdoors and the sense of freedom it brings.
You had the weather for it, Lianne 😊
Love the fact that you were unconcerned with knowing exactly where you were, or what the time was ...that's freedom 😊
It seemed like a long wait to set up your tent 🤔
Lovely to see, thanks for sharing 🙏
Yes, I try not to pitch too early, so sometimes that means waiting around quite long... But the location made the waiting easy :)
Beautiful! The trail, and the cinematography. Do you have a drone? Will watch the rest when I get home. Had never heard of this trail but I’ve now added it to my hiking hit list! Thank you for sharing your adventure, Lianne! 🥰👏🏻✌🏼
Oh how nice! The second part!
Very nice shots. Wonderful impressions! Have you apparently been lucky with the weather up to this point? That gives me hope for the beginning of May.
Thank you for your films! Best regards, Timo
Thanks for your comment! Yes, I seems to tend to get lucky with the weather when hiking in Scotland. Although one of the days (the second day in the first video of the Skye Trail) was pretty bad weather-wise... Enjoy your hike in May!
Love the drone work you’ve done! I’ve been contemplating trying my hand at a drone. How did you find the learning curve with it?
I like the drone, but taking it out and filming with it takes time, so often I am too impatient to do so when hiking. Also, I am still learning how to use it properly. I find it difficult to move it smoothly, so the only shots that are worth using in the end are those where the drone just moves straight ahead :p But it is fun to try and learn!
@@lianne.o This all sounds perfectly logical and predictable and I imagine I will feel and experience the same things. However, like you, I also feel like I need to try and to learn. Anyway, the shots that you did include looked fantastic! Great work. 😊👏🏻
Amazing video. Thanks for sharing. Sub & 👍37
Thank you!!
wow, wonderful video. all the videos on your channel are fantastic but your video views are lower. because your Optimisation and SEO are very poor. Your optimization needs to improve as soon as possible
