Yup. But if it’s just a simple audio I/O implementation, then Loopback is still more useful because of the control you have over the source’s audio. Still shouldn’t have to pay $35 for basic functionality that Windows users get for free.

I will hope that you can make it and I won't have to return the rodecaster because if it worked properly with virtual channels, it would be amazing for me. I'll be hoping that the video arrives soon and helps me set up the rodecaster the way I need it. Thanks

Thanks for posting this - hopefully Rode will finalize the audio drivers soon so we don't need to faff about with Loopback.

It probably does work with OBS assuming you're running on macOS.
