I'm having that deck 4 feeling. To surrender and let go of a situation is so hard for me. I'm struggling with it.... I'm adopted and letting go of the reaction of my birth family is hard. I'm having that deck 4 feeling. To surrender and let go of a situation is so hard for me. I'm struggling with it.... I'm adopted and letting go of the reaction of my birth family is hard. I didn't want to met them(when you don't listen to your gut) and it went horribly. Letting go of them not wanting to understand my point of view is hard. They don't believe that my birth mother did drugs during her pregnancy with me. I spoke with one of them and it's difficult to accept that they will never accept that fact and that means they'll never accept me. There family dynamic is crazy..lack of boundaries, abuse, etc. It's difficult.
