how to make laptop screen as smart tv

How to make LCD TV from Panel Laptop
So as you seen i am looking for a way to take a plain lcd screen and make it into a usable TV with any luck this would be awesome please help and let me know what i can do
Materials:
TV board + LVDS Cable + panel Laptop + Inverter board + iF + keyboard + adapter 12V + wire,.....
