There is trhe 4th way. Place a ramp car near the fence and jump in any car ober the fence. Works like a charm.

The plane or heli is very hard aswell because the plane or heli usually gets blown up
Can you also do a tutorial on how to get contract skin
You just have to get into the military base and drive the tank to unlock
