Beautiful home and love the floor plan. Not a fan of the shower tile they used, but that is something that can be easily changed. It is too busy for a place that should be a more relaxing area. But as always, great job Nate.
😊 "The Ranch," a beautiful floor plan and all the bells and whistles a home can have!!❤ There was nothing to not like about this home to me, Nate. Thanks 😊
Great home Nate, love that covered porch. With Christmas coming up I want to wish you and your family a merry Christmas and great new year. Looking forward to all the great homes we will be seeing in 2025. God bless.
Wow good size guests bedrooms & closets. I remember seeing another one😅 like this diningroom set up. Nice primary bedroom. Wish closet wasn't in bathroom. Beautiful shower. Beautiful home. Thank you for the tour.
I really like this a lot the only thing I think I would do is get rid of like that bookcase thing in the living room but other than that I wouldn't change anything else
Seen this set up before. Not bad. The Master water closet needs a window that opens. And since the closet has a window they should put one in the Water closet just make it one that opens
I would like screen doors. Looking nice. Not crazy about the tin . I like the solid colours of the backslash. I like a double sink. The food pantry is nice. I like the master bathroom closet. I like the title in the bathroom. The price is to high.
Nice. I like it but I can do without that half wall for dinning. It makes it look aller and crowded. That space just isn't big enough to make sense to having it.
The only thing I dont like about this home is all the built ins, like the living room, meaning the couch can only go in a certain spot, I personally like to move things around every once in awhile
A bit too vanilla looking until you get to the master bathroom. Then, oh, that tile was just way too busy for me!!! All together, it’s just not warm and cozy enough for me to want to call home. But, according to other comments it might be fine for some. Just not my style 🤪
How do I hate thee let me count the ways! So awful I dont know where to begin. The final nail in this coffin is the master bedrooms closet in the bathroom! At least they had enough sense to put the crapper in it's own closet.
First off, I hate a house that has white cabinets in the kitchen.. To hard to keep clean and shows all smudges and prints ..But I really hate a home that has mostly white everything, it makes me feel like I'm living in a spaceship or a hospital...either these places are being designed by men who don't ever use or clean a kitchen, or by a woman who doesn't cook or bake, maybe they eat out everyday. 2nd, I wish the makers of these homes would upgrade to better exhaust fans in the bathrooms, nicer surround tiles in ALL bathrooms, not that molded, cheap garbage, bigger Pantry's, bigger walk in closets, better quality countertops, tankless hot water heaters...and think about their designs when making a water closet, I mean really, there is no space to bend down and clean around those toilets, unless u have the flexibility and small size of a 10 year old child. ..For years these Manufactured homes have been built with the cheapest materials available, not built to last, or hold up, yet they charge about as much as a regular stick built home, then u still have to buy the land it sits on and have all the utilities put into the property. After your done, u have invested about $600,000 dollars to get a home that costs as much as stick built home on the market. Yet u have a home that is made with cheap cabinets, cheap fixtures, and cheap mechanical devices and paying the same amount. Sure they look pretty and new and clean and are decorated nicely, but give it the 1st year and u see the place start falling apart or stuff starting to fail...and they don't hold their value. If these companies want to charge these high prices, then they better start using better quality stuff to build them. Not charge extra for them.

Is gonna be one of few you shown on the topper of the list this one is magical
This home is beautiful. I really love the size of the rooms and the storage in the bathrooms! Also, the pantry storage was amazing! Thanks Nate!

Love it but no bath tub s or carpet s
Nice. I like it but I can do without that half wall for dinning. It makes it look aller and crowded. That space just isn't big enough to make sense to having it.
nice if you have a thin lot

Pretty nice! I even like the white kitchen cabinets. The master bath tile though, NO.
You can get it with different tile options.
I would like to see that "wall" between the living ing room and kitchen also. I just hate the "water closet". Why do you need a seperate room?
Must be for $40,or$50,k??

I would like the master off the yard not the front of home

Just their egos.
