A rough rouge red reduiva rogue? Radical!
Probably my all time favorite build. Tried many and keep coming back to this one. Playing at higher levels, on ng+4, with high arcane and faith. Very fun mixing this with dragon communion and blood flame incantations, plus getting up close and personal with reduvia or 2 of them.
That thumbnail art is absolutely amazing!
do you know who does them?
Wow this build is vastly different to another blood blade build I just saw. Love it!
A Reduvia build, awesome!
I’d like to fold this into my Samurai build with some Blood incants and pots.
I recently did another bleed play through with the reduvia and loved it - definitely worth trading some arcane points into faith and using some incantations as well
Very nice build as always , i did an hybrid between this and the duelist build . I dual wield reduvia x 2 and switch to serpent shield when i feel like hitting that sweet parry crit to refill health . I opt for medium roll to wear blaidd armor with the bandit mask . So far my favorite NG+ playthrough . Thanks for all the inspiration, my grandma always said recipe are only here to serve as a guideline and that’s what i do with every builds of yours . Have a nice day !
I can’t wait for DLC to try your builds
Love your videos keep it up
Bleed is very strong 💪. Thumbs up fextra.
I've got characters for every stat build since they're all so interchangeable. If you're making this build, it will also work effectively the same with RoB, Eleonora and even Mohg's spear with a little strength investment
Looking forward to that Kris build!
Lol i wonder if we would see a Reduvia
or Glintstone Kris build, turns out BOTH
The DLC looks awesome and I just saw a new trailer to Black Myth Wukong. Looks incredible
This was the build I played on my first playthrough having stumbled upon the Reduvia really early on and falling in love with it's weapon skill. This is still one of my favorite builds in Elden Ring.
I totally agree with the faith suggestion, I would put it to 25 to give you access to Golden Vow, Flame grant me strength and pretty much all of the first tier dragon communion incantations. This opens up a ton options for bleed immune enemies and overall ranged attacks.
Very cool build; I did something like this not too long ago but had trouble when I hit Radagon and switched over to flame art erdsteel dagger. Yes, skill issue, no I don't care.
That thumbnail is badass🔥
I went the faith route for dragon spells. They are just too fun when in a pinch especially the bite!
I’ve been running a similar build to this, using a Bleed/Occult Great Knife/Bloodstained Blade as OH weapons. I put about 25 points into Faith for access to certain incantations, and I use the Dragon Communion seal.
It’s been pretty fun so far.
Fighting the Black Blade Kindred in Dragonbarrow, I was impressed with how much damage the Dragonclaw spell does.
I wear the Silver Tear Mask for the +8 Arcane stat boost, although I don’t love the glitchy visuals on that helm. Otherwise, I keep a light load and use the Blue Dancer talisman, along with Lord of Blood, and Winged Sword Insignia.
i cant wait for the dlc new builds
@Fextralife awesome video,as always. Appreciate the info you put out,and the way you style and set out the video.
Question I have is, in which order do you build up the stats? Like vigor and endurance 20 each, them arcane 20? Also which build is best to start with, from a new game, not new game ?
Would love to see another dual dagger build, something like reduvia in one hand, cold great knife in another hand. Main stats - arcane and dex maybe? So that we don’t rely only on reduvia projectile, but are also viable in close combat, applying both bleed and frost. So yeah, would be great to see well optimized build like that by you🙏
I’m currently doing a blood build play through with reduvia and bloody helis as my dominant weapons and a dagger in the off hand, and I’m having a blast in the mid game.Switching between weapons for different enemies makes the combat feel so new and I don’t feel like I’m just spamming the reduvia ash of war.
Hey Fex. Great video. Just a quick suggestion: How about covering more builds where being below 51 poise is a pro rather than a con. You don't need poise if you don't get hit, and it'll be nice to see builds that lean into this.
Nice one. I can easily go from the bloody balerina to this one just pushing arcane. And have a 2 in 1 build with the 2 blades equiped
Doing a themed build as a thief with an affinity for ice spells, and so the Reduvia and it's AoW synergizes perfectly with my catalysts of choice in order to keep my options open.
If like me you love the duel dagger move set. Pair it with scorpion stinger in the offhand. I swapped L1/R1 and L2/R2 around so I have fast duel attacks on my R1 then a dope projectile on my heavy attack. It feels insane and I'm chewing through NG+2 with it ATM.
A build I’ve been enjoying lately is using Moonveil with incantations using the golden order seal. I’ve been liking it for PVP mostly since some incantations are really good at making people roll and Moonveil is really good at roll catching, but I still think it’s really great for PVE since you have access to every damage type in the game as well as the faith buffs like golden vow. At 45 int and 30 faith the Golden Order seal has over 300 incant scaling.
A late-game parry-specific build would be nice, especially if misercorde is a contender for minmaxing crits.
would love to see a blood flame build for DLC using daggers
this looks fun! maybe throw is some dragon spells for harder bosses
Can't wait for that Glintstone Kris build to be made
In the meantime I should really start a Sellen run
With only 10 Faith you can take advantage of the Fortification spells from the Two Fingers sect of incantations. Each one increases your defense with one damage type by 35%, lasts 90 seconds, and all but Lightning Fortification can be found before fighting Margit.
Considering this build focuses on damage, having that little bit of extra defense could be invaluable.
I run a great knife in my main hand and the Reduvia in my off hand since the first L1 attack hits twice with the off hand, and then taking advantage of quick step for dodging.
I have been waiting for this build for 2 years, thank you. Question, why not dual wield with a great knife set to cold? It provides more dimension to just spamming the WA, and its three attack fast combos proc both bleed and frost reliably.
Would you recommend dual wielding in NG+? Cheers
I have a build using a great knife with poison, and it works wonders. Getting both bleed and poison lets you do damage when you are rolling away, drinking potions, etc. The combo is fun in tight and you have the WA when you want to stay back a bit and soften the enemy up.
dual reduvia is cool af
Did we had a lvl 150 version of the beast build? Would be neat to have one if we are still missing it.
Really like this series, it is neat to see the other paths to make characters from my own experience.
If bleed is the core strategy, then a weapon that stacks rot and/or deadly poison seems like a logical next step. Daggers are also pretty light, so you can even equip more than one weapon for different effects.
Reduvia's bleed buildup is phenomenal, even without a heavy Arcane investment, so a more hybrid build would be my preference. I think having a backup strategy for those bleed-immune bosses is a wise idea. Reduvia against bleed immune enemies is kind of mediocre, isn't it?
...what you did to that Bell Bearing Hunter was just filthy.
Reduvia is definitely one of the OP weapons.
I've created this build (using also White Mask + Dagger Talisman + Vyke's armor to get 51 poise) to get ready for the DLC and decided meanwhile to finish the end section of the game on NG+. I've obliterated all the final bosses.
Can you do a Great club build? You're missing out if you don't, you can get it pretty early and is OP AF for real.
Elden Beast: *Laughs in immune to status effect*
I beat Radagan and Elden Beast with a Reduvia. The double attack when at close range with Ash does a lot more damage than people think.
@@swordsman111982Same. Beat the game for the first time ever with them. Definitely running Dual Reduvias on the DLC when it comes out.
@@sansation2105 I "cheated" during first gameplay and got a second reduvia from a friend of mine. I love this build SO much (also pretty aesthetic)
What attributes should I put when I’m lvl 94? I’m just getting back into Elden ring so please give me recommendations
It's my first time on Elden Ring and I really want to try this build! Where I can get the Reduvia?
btw who is drawing all these amazing thumbnails?
Dope first
Isn't there some sort of soft cap for bleed build up Arc scaling at like 50? You put 30 points over that. Perhaps put those into faith and dex?
What stats should i use for level 80? Rushing arc or dex?
How about a guardian swordspear build?
Or a night rider glaive build?
Or a Great stars build?
Or a bleed poison fangs build?
Have you looked at his channel? Or the site? I'm fairly sure he's done multiple of those
For parries it could be even better to have Miséricorde as second weapon for better critical damage multiplier of 140 (have not tested it)
LETS GO reduvia build
Powerstance this with another dagger for more bleed or poison from offhand dagger
Begin game with bandit with the bleed dagger and change to arcane affinity once you can and blast the game with both
@@gabrielgalhano5019 exactly 👍
@@gabrielgalhano5019 That is what I am running right now and added poison to the Great Knife as well.
All game Madness build in the future?
I find it kinda hard to beat rivers of blood for bleed builds... but this looks good!
Actually, it's easy: go with Nagakiba (occult affinity) + bloodflame and double slash ash of war
Any chance for a dual wield Erdsteel Dagger build ?
How do you beat Commander Niall with this build ? The 2 adds with heavy armor + immune blood loss are so hard, and then you have to kill the boss with what's left in the flasks 😢
Any tips ?
Isn't this also a generic ash called Blood Blade that you can put on daggers/swords/rapiers/katanas? Wouldn't that on a misseriecorde be better than the Reduvia? Just asking, didnt do the math :)
What about FP, just use some flasks or would using the sacrificial axe offhand and the ancestral spirit horn talisman provide enough sustain
With 20 mind you can cast it 20 times before running out of fp, with one or two fp flasks you will likely never run out of casts unless you literally only press L2 to attack.
Would dual Reduvia make the melee better or is it unnecessary?
do i go this build 80 arcane first or when do i go vigor after 80 arcane first?
If anyone wants to lower the level of this, you can save on mind since the aow is pretty cheap. Or to use the levels for other stats
Whoever played Reduvia when the game first launched is a true one. The only truly viable arcane weapon it was.
Im gonna need Millicents prosthesis for this one... But it's a choice between that and the Rotten wing insignia... Why can't I have both in the first round!?
i am 87 lvl, have 1 reduvia and dragon communion, will try get mask and dont have any talismans for this build. can i reroll my stats ( str\dex\stam) to something ( tell me what =) ) and normaly play this build, for now i running with Bloodhound and dont use bleed, just raise str and dex around 43. feels normal but i want something more fast =)
is there a reason not to go for dual daggers with bleed ?
Mad Alice Liddell build :D
Guy flexing that Banished Knight Helm drop
To be fair, the Putrid Avatar apparently got you at least once judging by the Runes there 😄
Is the gameplay of the build on ng+7?
hey im starting a new game and most of the talismans he recommended are late game aside from the bull-goat and turtle, can somebody who has more wisdom on this matter recommend some other talismans to use until i get those?
You can kill Alexander to get the the shard maybe go to Iji and buy the talisman he sells. Those are the only one I can think of. Also, when you get to Altus plato I would suggest that you pick up the Ash of War variant of Reduvia’s skill and put it on an occult Nagakiba
Best starter class for this build?
Bandit so you can use the bleed great knife in the other hand.
My buddy is rocking dual reduvias in his first playthrough. Homeboy is OP
Is this the best bleed build rn?
dude still uploads elden ring content. Just casual massive Fextra W
Just dual wield two hoslaw whips, OCC+ARC
What are the main attributes
What armor set is that
So just to be clear… I don’t really need two reduvias to put up a lot of damage, right? Just one is enough?
You don't need two, but having two increases the effectiveness of regular attacks. I don't know about multiple reduvias in one playthrough, but another knife with bleed would be beautiful
I'd say you don't need two for a basic build, but dual bleed weapons are a fan favorite.
What is that shield tho?
Whats the character base
With a fashion forward build like this, throw on a spare dagger with the Golden Vow AoW, and you're set.
Or, start with a different class to reduce Int (don't need 16 here), and throw that in Faith. At 15 faith you can use the Faith Tear to cast Golden Vow, or just to increase damage with a backup Flame-Art Shamshir.
You dont really need Golden Vow (or other buffs) with a build like this.. aka one that focuses purely on bleeding enemies.
And you deal solid enough damage that buffs really arent going to make much of a difference.
Not every build is really going to need a buff
U should probably use white mask im not sure tho. Hreat build tho.
Can i have the fashion plz?
I’m doing a dagger run rn which dagger should I use
A dagger
Pick Bandit as starting class.
Get Reduvia.
Put Reduvia in right hand.
Put your starting dagger, (Great knife) in left hand.
I dual wield Reduvia daggers lol.
try Wakizashi powerstanced with Katanas
Why? Other than fashion, it's just a lower-damage uchigatana with half the range? If you start with samurai you can get two uchis in ng, and even if you don't there's the nagakiba, which is just an uchi with double the range?
@@baileyp_Wakizashi for parry
This looks HELLA broken. This thing is wrecking everything before it even knows what’s going on.
Res rogue build = bleed dagger arcane/dex build. This build is docused on an L2. Dont get used to just using your L2 up close with all the sleep stuff coming out with the Saint Trina stuff coming out lol
This + Briars Sorceries.
Why not just carry an non-status arcane weapon for enemies immune to bleed?
You mention Golden Vow a lot in these builds but I don't think you've ever mentioned Wrath of Gold, it's an incredible incantation (especially against NPCs) and only takes 7 more Faith than Golden Vow. It would be really cool to see it as part of a build video sometime.
I also have a weirdly shaped boday :c
Two Ugikatanas with Seppuku ash of war (2) faith build ( flame, grant me strength, dragon incantations) with the dragon communion seal and Drake knight armor set. That would be good enough to get you through. Level up Arcane and Faith since it scales also Dex/vigor/end. Little onto the magic.
I’m at Lvl 214 NG+ and I can confirm the reduvia is 🔥 I have one at +10 and one at +9 with a heavy emphasis on Arcance. 80 Arcane, 25 Faith 60 Dex
Making an assassin build without the Black Knife set should be a crime. At least use the body for the cool invis/translucent visual effect. The silent footsteps is also pretty neat, but not super functional at the end of the day.
Claws claws claws
would you really recommend to dont use the double reduvia?
If you're powerstancing, you can probably get better dmg and bleed with an occult infused dagger, and you can't use the left hand AOW when dual wielding anyways
"At the begining at the game" ... you have 4 x my pv bar, at 35h of play xD
The none bleed bosses you showed were all optional, show a mandatory none bleed boss
Radagon, Radahn and Elden Beast
Also wrong about how arcane works. You don't need to "pump arcane" dex and min arcane will beat max arcane.
