I have another q - How to handle situation where in Source table one column had been added without knowledge and our DWH SP/Project/Package should be able to handle without any failure, considering very less down time
We can create a table where only two columns 1.tablename 2.countofcolumns. Whenever we want to execute the package first we need to check the count in table and actual count if maches then execute the package else insert into log with error message. Thanks
