The soundtrack is fire! The gameplay is cool! And the graphics are good! Streets of rage better step it up! Because the takeover is a heavy competition!

I'm not too sure about that game, but so far this soundtrack is lit. This is easily the best one, followed by the track composed by Yuzo Koshir.

Streets of Rage 4 sucked. I'm going to have to give this game a try. Hopefully, it's as good as some of these tracks. This and the docks theme are far above EVERY track in Streets of Rage 4

I don't care what anyone says, but SOR 4 has one of the worst soundtracks in a beat 'em up. THIS ost beats it in everyway. the game is good too

You won't like this game if you didn't like SOR 4. Because Sor 4 feels like it's made based on feedback of the ammount of problems this game has.
The game has a juggle system, but it's rigid. You have to press UP + kick or punch (yes this game has both moves and i will go into depth later about that) you can juggle enemies.
This game problem is the lack of focus on anything.
This is a 7 stage game and features
      -beat em up stages
      -Driving stage
      -Shooting Stage
      -Flying Stage.
It has content but no depth. Most moves are useless. There is no point to having a punch and kick buttons because they add nothing . It's not like finishing with a punch or a kick launches the enemies or throw them back, It just... kicks or punches. You can hold Up or Down to launch the enemy up or .... stick them to the ground...? If you launch them you can execute a juggle. Forget doing any of that on Hard. Running attacks are almost impossible to connect. Throws do barely no damage and don't add up to the other VERY important mechanic YOU REALLY NEED. The combo counter. The more enemies you hit consecutively the faster your rage meter fills. if you go berserk you receive no damage and do triple damage. Problem is that in hard it's impossible to complete a combo, so you gotta resort to throws for crowd control. wich do barely any damage, and won't fill your rage meter.
On Hard enemies have no blind spots. The moment you start punching ONE enemy, the other goes behind you, And in later stages enemies get wake up attacks, wich means that if you even manage to put them all on the same corner you can't follow up the attack.
Car and Flying stages are fun for a while but longer than needed.
And the Shooting stage is an exercise in pain, specially in hard. Enemies moving at light speed behind you while you try to kill the enemy in front but with a weapon that shoots in bursts. That is the worse level.
If you tought SOr 4 bosses were simple.Well. This game bosses have 2 behaviours , wake up attack. moving in front of you and attacking. They are brain dead.
It's a great OST and i like more the tunes from this game than SOR 4 , but gameplay wise Sor 4 blows this game out of the water. If you want a classic SOR experience, stick to Remake.

@@yusukeelric The moment you start comboing an enemy, if another goes behind you can; a) shift direction of attacks with D-pad, it works if you're not mashing b) use neutral super move c) tap up or down twice to ROLL out of the way, canceling any recovery of your moves.
Throws are priceless in taking care of surrounding enemy crowds, by throwing an enemy at the rest, can hit multiple times to gratifying effect, building Rage meter fast. One may grab an enemy at the side of the screen, hit two times with kick, then exit grab with
