They are pretty badass and i love them for their determination. But the way they are getting portrayed is cringey. Like look at akk gay panicking, that portrayal is cute. And the best one is thua. Thua is very well written character. But these three, the actions they are doing are awesome, but the way they are being portrayed is taking the seriousness out of it. All bl series are like this. The main cast are dignified gays but others are cringey
@@iamvoldy4583 I don't think they are cringe. They are supposed to be fem gays. There's nothing cringe about that. That's how a lot of people are. I've even known a lot of straight men who are fem presenting. Is it perhaps going a little overboard in some shows? Sure. But its not a bad thing to be fem. Also I feel like you using the words "dignified gays" is a little offensive. Those three are dignified as well. I'm not sure what your definition of dignified is, but dignified simply means having a manner or composure that is worthy of respect. And they have shown nothing in this show that would prove otherwise. Also I completely disagree with what BL's do and making the main characters masculine gays all the time and having the side characters be "weird fems" bc there is nothing wrong with fem gays. In fact that's why I love the show "Secret Crush on You" bc it portrays fem gays very well in a respectable way.
The protestors got me crying 🥺 how they've been insulted by parents, abandoned by friends, and labeled freaks by the teachers. But especially when they said "I really believe it. Tomorrow will be better than this." that hit me so hard.
"Tomorrow will be better than this." Is such a powerful and familiar sentence. I so so so greatly admire their resilience. They just want to live freely 💔
I personally really appreciate them bc I feel that so much. Protesting is so important when you are not listened to. And all the hate they receive is terrifying

Honestly if you see, what Akk is doing is definitely wrong but he's forced to do so. You see people like Ayan-who have money and power- can protest and do anything all they want, cause they have support from money(which is the greatest , but people like Akk who don't come from well off families have nthing to rely on. It ain't that easy as it looks
Akk live in a different world than Ayan.
Akk is those people who had to stick in the rules of schools and follow what the authority says. Ayan are those rich kids who can go against anyone and voice out their opinion cus they've money to get away from everything and can joined any school or university.
Akk is in the school with scholarship.
Y'know it's so easy to transfer schools but the fact that these three badass friends are doing everything in their power to make this school a better place is mind-blowing

Gmmtv starting from 2020 the caliber of it's BL series have increased from A tale of thousands stars, Bad buddy, Not me,Vice versa and now the Eclipse . Its series are leaving powerful impact and bringing awareness and breaking stereotypes,with great acting and interesting storylines that are not cliches. Like all its other series it deserves hype like Bad buddy had

I like all of those series, but I have to admit that Not Me really stuck with me. I absolutely loved that story, the music, the acting. It seemed to not get the attention I think it should have, but it's really my favorite.
I agree. All the BL series have been very high quality! Strong acting and progressive plot lines are much stronger than previous light topical shows. Eclipse deserves a lot more positive PR promotion. I love the series!
The only thing I would like to see is a femboy as a main character and getting a love interest and not just used as a side character for comedy or the best friend role other than that I agree with everything you said

I love how series like the gifted, not me and the eclipse touches on political issues in different aspects but they centre around the same concept which are the oppressed, the oppressor and those on neutral grounds

The contrast between their characters and actual personality really surprises you…and it’s worth it
1. The 3 friends are seriously courageous. I love the fact that they're fighting not for attention but because they want better. They genuinely believe they deserve better and they're ready to fight for it, they endured insult over insult for their goal and I believe that's respectful.
2. Was Akk seriously about to burn their efforts to the ground? I understand his need to keep the school's reputation but maybe if he'd tried talking to them like Aye did, they'd be more willing to listen and see that they're in danger for speaking up.
3. Ayan looks like a dream.

This show is yet another masterpiece added to the bl community. The way Thailand produces so many art pieces is truly insane. There are not many bls that I am willing enough to go and rewatch, but this is definitely something I would go and watch again and again. Their eye contact holds so much emotions, it's truly beautiful.

No se si porque se retira de la actuación o por el género bl, pero no tendría sentido ya que oieden estar en otro género y actuar también. Fue raro cuando lo leí y me sentí triste.

So many good scenes this episode. From the moment that Ayan asks Akk to delete the picture elsewhere to subtly give him the opportunity to secretly keep it; to the way he rolled on the mat and smoothly stop inches away from Akk’s face to flirt 😏☺️. Thua and Khan had moments; the way Thua noticed and understood Khan’s panic at the hand holding,let go and acted normally to prevent Khan from feeling bad and getting bullied while Khan physically showed guilt and conflict ☹️, when Thua posted that he wanted to disappear and Khan anonymously showed support by being “Bruce Wayne”: a hero who operates in the shadows (he’s going to be Thua’s hero 🥹👏🥰) and this is purely a theory but I think Thua’s “Dad” is a domestic abuser with anger issues or something like he puts expectations and pressure on Thua to be a “good” student and follow in his footsteps and if he knows about his sexuality, he might be homophobic and be trying to make him more of a “man”🤷🏻♀️. I like the new teacher, she’s not really like the others and the way she showed support for Wat’s interests was lovely. You could tell what she told him validated his wants, lifted his mood and it was clearly what he needed to hear; this is one the correct ways to teach 👌👏. Poor Akk, he’s so pressured and stressed to be perfect and do the school’s bidding because doesn’t have options due to his social/financial status but still wants to protect his friends 😔,but the preview shows Akk and Ayan might finally start finding comfort in each other and a possible first kiss 😌🤭😏🤞😁.

If other students do not behave, he is held accountable because his job as prefect is to maintain order and deal with unruly students, and his scholarship is on the line if he does not. So, he's engaging in sabotage to stop his colleagues from giving him trouble.
This series deserves more views... because there are so many bls which only contains Lots of NC scenes but story line sucks...the eclipse is my favourite...the story line , the chemistry between Akk and Aye everything is perfect... Their little moments give me butterflies in my stomach

Ouch! 10:43 the look shared by Akk/Aye speaks volumes. Akk knows in that instant that Aye knows that Akk is the perpetrator of the curse and the reason the curse 'phases' keep escalating. They both know that they both know - not a single word was spoken, or needs to be spoken. Akk looks physically sick that Aye knows he endangered the lives of fellow/younger students multiple times merely to uphold an urban legend and keep his scholarship results in Aye looking beyond disappointed in him and extremely heartsick. What a messy state their fragile friendship and growing fondness for each other has become. How they handle it all is going to have to be one extreme roller coaster ride.

I have watched some of Khaotung's series, but he's on another level here. This is the best version of him in my opinion.
Omfg I was holding my breath at the end there 😭. THE PREVIEW, I CANT WAIT FOR NEXT EPISODE ALREADY. Akk and Ayan make my heart burst from all the tension. First and Khao are doing such a great job and everyone else of course.
The movie did not disappoint, more than I expected. FirstKhao's acting is so good and they agree with each other from the gestures, eyes, and smiles that they show to each other. Hope the movie and FK will be successful
I've been watching BL's for some time starting from Love Sick and the acting as well as the story lines have gotten stronger and more believable on this journey. This BL is no exception, the couple is great and demands attention as well as the second couple. After Enchante and currently watching Vice Versa now, I anticipate nothing less than top notch quality from GMMTV in regards to BL story lines. Acting is amazing and story lines keep me coming back each week!! Why R U, Until We Meet Again and Not Me along with Friend Zone are my other faves and Baker Boys was crazy good!!

@@mult1fand0m_rat Love Sick was my first BL but the quality has gotten better since then. Love Sick was a simple coming of age series and I just pulled it up on TH-cam by its name. Friend Zone, the first season, was the first time I seen a dramatic BL series that got me upset because of the story line but acting had improved tremendously since Love Sick. I believe Love Sick was a GMMTV series but not sure about Friend Zone!! Happy Hunting!!!

This episode was AMAZING!! The suspense that was built up in that final scene until they revealed Akk 🤌🤌 From this episode we got to see new sides of Ayan and Akk: Ayan's more caring side, helping Akk and also wanting to learn more about Akk, and also teasing a darker side to Akk who would be willing to possibly do ANYTHING to keep the school under control. WOW. The Eclipse series is seriously becoming a favourite for me!!
