Imagine if this game had a multiplayer free-roam. Would be cliche as shit but still amazing. Teaming up to do super hard outposts, like OKBZero. Or doing some weird war shit where one person goes to the highest point of a base and sees if the other player(s) can eliminate all enemies/reach the person. Would be fun. That secret hole could play a part in many jokes if multiplayer free-roam was a thing.

this game is a huge game with many many things you can do and see so its understandable that one or two things slipped past like a hole hidden somewhere or a surface off the map you can stand on but still provides no tactical advantage

Thats not a secret hole, we old skool call that a Warp...Well it used to be called that I actually traversed the entire map in one move. Weird...I kept attempting to walk up some rocks on Free roam, and bit by bit I kept falling but also noticeably getting up the rocks each time a bit more. When I got up I found a whole new field and ran across it (Walked Cautiously) and fell into a river at the back of the Mansion Level. Theres a load of other places you can get to that are "out there" Like the Gates on the way to Level Skull Face. If you get up on top you can go right and you disappear from the Map. You show no Marker.
In munoko ya nioka, there is a cliff north of the material containers. That cliff has medicinal plants. I have not been able to reach those plants. have you?

Wow last week I was infilitrating a lv42 support platform fob (My support team was the weakest and I just wanted to farm some staff) When I reached the core platform I was like dude im so good... That until I couldn't figure out where the core was and eventually I ended getting myself spotted on a tier 5 lethal A+ - A++ platform...

+thelegendgamer187 The game wasn't finished and a lot of stuff was cut. They may have intended for there to be a story mission back there that was never completed and decided to cut that area altogether.
+That Guy Well, we don't really know exactly how much was cut. I mean, wouldn't they show all of the cut content in the blu-ray disc that came with that special edition? For all we know, Mission 51 was the only thing that was confirmed to be cut. Maybe, it's just me clinging on to that glimmer of hope that Kojima pulled another stunt like he did with P.T. but eh...only time will tell I suppose.
thelegendgamer187 I'd say the story was only 65-75% complete when Konami gave them a deadline to finish the game. There are so many points in the game that feel like there should have been more than what there was or plot points that ended abruptly or were never finished at all like Sahelanthropus and Eli. I mean, there was an entire third chapter cut from the game that was supposed to give us a proper conclusion to the Sahelanthropus/Eli cliffhanger and we only got glimpses of what could have been from the bonus disk. The gameplay itself seems to be mostly complete with only a few areas standing out, but the story just feels rushed, like they tied up all the loose bits at the end, leaving it feeling anticlimactic. I imagine that if Kojima been given the time and funding that he desired, he could have created something great. And what we got was good, but it just feels unfinished and disappointing. But that's not Kojima's fault, he would have given us exactly what we wanted. It's Konami's fault. They decided it just wasn't worth the time and money, so they decided to drop it.
