Momo is non negotiable, the rest can be replaced with any ship that provides debuffs/damage and dorothy can be replaced by another buffer.

I like using A Jake. Much tankier than the other defenders. Also his anti mech skills

I used to use A. Jake but his cost makes it not worth it. You really don't need a strong defender to beat Inhibitor and it is better to trigger Momo as fast as possible to get more DPS on Inhib.
