What a beautiful analogy. Too often we associate someone leaving a company with a sign of failure; whether that be on the part of the company or the employee. It was a nice reminder that that’s not always the case and that sometimes it’s due the individuals growth, development and evolution supported by the organisation leading to a natural and happy parting of ways.
