Interlagos is a great track, im so excited to watch some hypercar and gt3 action in this track, i love it so much, this is gonna be fire 🔥 I think wec should expand to another 2 great tracks, Austria and Silverstone. a 12h of Silvertone would be kinda cool, just like imsa has the petit le mans with 10h and sebring with 12h, wec should have a 10h or 12h race Also, i think Porsche will have a big advantage here
It's time for the Porsche Penske #6 to put its foot down and show the rest of the field it is not joking around and plans to win the WEC. This car does well in warm, dry temperatures, so I expect all Porsche entries to fight tooth-and-nails for a podium finish.
The company from what I understand went through some changes in staff and Claudio has been replaced by new CEO Miguel Valldecabres. Isotta Fraschini plans to stay in the WEC!
@@FormulaJonah I thought I would never see Isotta in the WEC, but I'm glad Isotta will continue in the championship. Thank you for responding to my comment.
The bop really shows the efficiency of the cars. Isotta Fraschini needs to have 23 more horsepower and weigh 66 lb less to make up for their platform shortcomings in comparison to the Ferrari.
desperately need someone other Toyota, Ferrari, or Porsche to steal the show. Cadillac should be competitive and Alpine have a lot of potential, BMW disappointed me massively in Lemans but I'm still hopeful for them. Lambo, Peugeot, and Isotta are getting closer but the gap for them is a little bigger. Gonna be an interesting race on such a short track. Staying on the lead lap will be very tough
My heart is with AF Corse 83 but BOP will allow some new player takes a win . I would say one of 4 French Cars will win 🥇 here. Either Peugeot or Alpine will be at least on podium
All the cars are heavier, apart from IF and Lambo so it is tough to say. And we have never seen these car run this track either. sadly I don't see Peugeot still doing well, unless they have finally figured out how to setup the car.
Could you explain the bop a little further, cause I thought the bop was a set of limitations that was equal across all entries, but then I found out that they are tweaking the limits of prototypes individually like they added weight significantly more weight to the ferrari hypercars. How is this fair?
It's a shame that the GT World Challenge doesn't have Interlagos on their calendar. Honestly, an endurance race with just GT3 cars (since that is what they race in the in the International series of the GTWC) would be great to see down there, not just the F1 and WEC. Here's hoping 🙏
Well GTWC usually builds on their regional series to support their IGTC events, so GTWC Europe Entries usually do the Spa 24h, GTWC America Indy 8h, GTWC Asia will probably do Suzuka next year, GTWC Australia Bathurst. The problem with Interlagos is that there isn't a GTWC South America Series and I don't think GT3 racing is big in SA either.
Thanks for the video! Very well summarised with the most relevant information! I’m just getting into endurance racing , will subscribe 👍🏽
So happy to hear this! Thanks for your positive feedback and welcome to the channel!
i'm gonna be there, my friend
Nice video. Looking forward to this race. Really happy to see WEC is going global.

Thanks FJ, looking to see Penske Porsche return to the top step of the podium after a relatively disappointing result at Le Mans.
Thanks for the info
Your welcome!
Thank you for these informations. 👍
Outstanding content Jonah! I will attend to the whole event! I am so pumped!
I freakin love this track for racing and racing fans
I’ll be there this sunday. So excited

counterpoint: it`s winter in brazil right now, and specially in sao paulo during the winter there`s a lot of rain
I'm really happy to be in this race I was in the 2014 race and I really liked the event
I want to know why Claudio Berro left the motorsport company, and what will happen with Isotta Fraschini in the WEC in the coming years?

Thanks for the video. Can't wait for the race. Forza Ferrari

My favorite track along with suzuka

I’m a Lamborghini fan so I’m hoping for a nice finish like they had at Le Mans.
Ive never seen non f1 cars here. Curious to see how chaotic traffic is though as the track is pretty narrow with a shorter lap length
I hope silverstone can come back to the WEC calendar soon
Well i would say always be prepared for rain in interlagos.
