    I tried this crispy kangkong more than 10 years ago sa cabalen buffet ata yun. I really love it. Ti try ko rin gawin but I didn't get the correct result🤣. I will definitely try your recipe. I hope it will turn out well

      Hi oo dapat sinasabi din nya yan para wala ng magtanong. Kasi kung pang negosyo, baka nmn maya wala pang ilang minuto ay hindi na crispy. Nagtanong din ako like yours sana mapansin ni madam.

    Ginawa namin to, nilagay sa resealable pero after a day lang, kunat na ng batter. Lalo kung mejo makapal like nung sa vid. Ewan bat ganun outcome. Sinubukan namin nipisan lang, so far kahit kinabukasan crunchy pa naman. Diko lang sure hanggang kelan itatagal nung crunchiness nya. Ang batter na gamit ko, flour,water, salt and pepper lang.

      Mainit na mantika, patuluin ng maayos, then tissue, kaso lang magastos sa tissue then takes time din. Merun po tayong mga special flour para nah hindi masyadong makapit ang mantika lalo na pag all purpose flour ang gagamitin as in kapit talaga siya. Kaya mga mahilig sa fried baboy, chicken, etc., add mopa ang all purpose flour dilikado na ang buhay mo o katawan mo lalo nah sa fried baboy, may self mantika siya then eh fry mopa sa mantika. Yari nah.

    Ginagawa ko yan e,Hindi kumakain mga anak ko ng gulay na kangkong pero pag ganyan pagkaluto kumakain sila.mas masarp yung stem ng kangkong e torta nman,tawag dito sa amin ukoy na kangkong mas masarap sya.

    Mam. Nag try po kasi ako mag luto ng kangkong chips, pang small business po sana. Kasi nahihirapan ako. Every time na hinahango ko na yong kangkong sapag kaka prito. Nag sstick parin yong mantika. Kahit I drain ko sya ng matagal namay tissue. Nangyayare nga kumukunat na sya Kasi sobrang tagal na halos 3 hours nandoon parin yong mantika. Yong gamit ko na butter flour and cornstarch. Pa advice Naman po kung Ganon din poba nangyayare sa kangkong chips nyo at ano po pedeng Gawin ? Dahil ba sa butter or ano po kaya ? Salamat Po ng marami.
