I don't want to mention names from the comments below but I'm appalled with some of the utterances of people who result to insults because they don't have a clue of the ongoing discussions. Clearly, Kennedy couldn't justify how his wife acquired the contract through the procurement stated. In whatever we do, let's consider our dear nation first, everything can be based on NDC and NPP.

We are now in 2018 and if the contract warn by ken’s wife company did save the nation some money compared to NDC in the previous years, whiles getting the quality of product required, I will rather clap my for them. Street lights are more than necessary in our country looking at crime rates so what’s wrong if emergency is applied for restrictive tendering. Let’s reason Ghana first.
