There would be carrier unlock option under settings if u do meet the qualifications for boost
Actually, the function for requesting an unlock is always there in the Settings. But it will fail if you don't meet the carrier's qualifications

Sometimes boost relocks the phone after it has been unlocked. a program runs on the phone that cannot be uninstalled. Can you resolve that.
