As an ex RN sailor I took part in many ceremonies all over the world. The organization, skill and dedication shown here is beyond comparison. Not afraid to say that I shed tears on hearing that my dear Queen had passed away. I found the whole occasion enthralling.

I just have to say how underrated Princess Anne is. She has consistently been one of hardest working royals for decades, along side the queen.
She doesn’t get enough coverage for all her good work. I don’t want to hear anything else about the trolls. Highlight Princess Anne & her positive work for a change going forward.
    RIP Queen Elizabeth 🕊🌹💟✝️

Deepest heartfelt sympathy 🙏 to a grieving family and nation, a world even. And a tremendous THANK YOU to all the service personnel and police officers who worked tirelessly to honor their Queen. Also to the Royal Guard who stood watch and protected her until the last minute❣

As veteran Scots Guard it has been very emotional 10 days, but so much pride in our armed forces for doing that which we are renowned for so well. A lump came to my throat on the Royal Navy and their contribution outstanding as they all where. I have never shed so many tears as I did during this funeral RIP our dear and loved Queen.

I like that there is no commentary. I like to play the first part like background music. I searched for funeral marches to listen to and they just weren't the same. I like this arrangement better and also, the sounds of the drum, the marching, and the horses' footsteps add so much.

Yea, I loved Huw Edwards commentary on this funeral and I wanted him to comment on my funeral when I nearly died. I would have requested full coverage on my death and funeral since I’m Wales’s Queen. It almost happened in March but everything had to be changed since i got better and I’ll never forget Woody.EXE announcing his Queen was coming home, I watched the moment live from my hospital bed and Mummy, Princess of Wales literally cried sending the news to Woody.EXE st the time and she never thought he’d announce it to everyone in Wales like that. Probably the best experience 2nd place to Her Majesty the Queen’s funeral

qe brits have a monarchy, in the worst situation, the armed services would have rallied to Prince Philip for the Queen, now we haveKing Charles. its a safety barrier, rather than relying on a politician, whose main concern is to be elected/re-elected over a short few years- for 10 cnturies our system has worked well, overall. we have just lost the best sovereign the country has ever had. she stayed in the UK for the duration of WW2. oversaw he greatest period of change, end of empire, creation of the Commonweath. her innate good taste, accumulated knowledge and judgement will be missed. our new king has been trained for his new role and will excel, like his mother did, imy estimation and I wish him luck. if the ceremonyies seem overdone to some, it is history, raccording to a great head of our country , we are not a banana republic,a magnificent tribute to her.

I had a photo frame of the late Queen to place on my table after we rehearsed the procession during that week. Mummy, Princess of Wales had the honour of placing the photo on the table since i gave her consent to do it since Mummy thought it would be to much for me her grieving daughter. @@katerinakemp5701 no he spoke badly about his family for money. Now, he wants titles for his kids from the very family he spoke badly about, but he wants his kids to be a part of for money. You're ridiculous for getting mad of people's opinions...your reaction is stupid lol

There are 7 regiments that come under one Flag (Septum Juncta in Uno, meaning 7 joined in one) 2 Household calvery Blue and Royals and the Life Guards. Then in order of seniority....Grenadiers, Coldstream, Scots, Irish and Welsh Guards. When formed up...Grenadiers, Welsh on the right. Scots in the centre. Coldstream and Irish guards on the left .

I'm just curious why Harry wasn't in uniform. The military was basically where he found his purpose (even rejecting the idea of being in a non-combat role because he wanted to be with the soldiers he trained with). And it was the issues with wounded veterans that gave him the idea of the Invictus Games

When Harry ceased to be a working royal at his own request, he had to hand back all his honorary titles relating to the armed forces so he is no longer allowed to wear the uniforms which went with them.
He is also not allowed to wear any other uniform as he no longer serves in the armed forces. Those are the rules applying to all former military personnel.
He made his choice. You can't have your cake and eat it.
