@@recoverme5065 I main mag, and mainly play pub. I've definitely learned to be careful with her bubble and be pretty liberal with using magnetic discharge to close them. Limbo (I don't remember if DE killed his ult opening containers or not) or Xaku with maximum range, + Subsumed Mag Pull + Greedy Pull Augment = The GO TO resource farming for Deimos! Load in- zip around the map spamming 4 + Pull to break open all the cysts and ganglions. (Sadly isn't very effective for Vome or Fass residue, but with your favorite semi-auto weapon to pop them, Greedy Pull will get those for you too. I literally don't farm Deimos supplies outside of this build (unless for extremely specific scenarios). Will work for Fortuna or Plains of Eidolon too, but neither of those two are as resource dense as Deimos. The Rollizor Cysts are really what let this strategy shine. ALSO. This same Max Range + Greedy Mag Pull set up is also my preferred way of farming Voidplumes on the Zariman. By breaking the containers, and getting all the normal loot off the radar, you can isolate which ones aren't getting pulled- ding ding ding! That's probably a Voidplume! It could also work for Sanctum Anatomica and Voca, but, I tend to find Voca spawn locations much less tedious to check than Zariman, so I don't really feel pressured to optimize for Voca like I do for Voidplumes.
Thank you for the in detail explanation ^^ Fun fact is I actually do use Limbo as a crate breaker (still works) but have never thought about combining it with Greedy Pull :O
Mag's crush can grant overshields to the defense objective on mirror defense making Mag the only warframe (at least to my knowledge) that can "heal" the objective on mirror defense without having to gather the pickups that heal the objective. I found this out when I used Mag on EDA and it came out super clutch at keeping the objective alive.
Tenet Arca Plasmor is my favourite gun to use with Mag (i think that it’s a MUST). it bounces after hitting an enemy, and in a magnetise bubble it will ricochet and hit all enemies, usually killing everything inside in 1 shot. i use mag’s default kit (no helminth) with the 4 augment and it works fine.
Hihi! Newish Warframe player here . I picked mag first and have been maining her with the Nataruk and Gunsen, and have found the bubble synergy quite fun! I call it the frame drop bubble, since the moment I step inside my game is on the verge of dying thanks to the multi shot explosive particles. I use 4 as my armor strip +panic button thanks to Augur mods. Good to know I was actually cooking up something.
It's nice to see you finally talking about he crazy combo with breach surge, that ability interaction has had me put more time into Mag then I would ever have done before.😂
Yeah, it's definitely not a new concept but then again, for a frame that has been around forever, it's hard to find something that noone has talked about yet xD
@MHBlacky_ENG I hear that brother, but your channel is all about showing this stuff to the possibly newer casual audience that doesn't know this stuff and I think that's great. Heck I found how good the Rakta Dark Dagger is thanks to you lol.😂
this may have already been mentioned by someone else, but for the beginner build using Equilibrium and Redirection, you don't need to max them out. like every other 10 rank mod, getting them to 8/10 will be more than sufficient enough and the last two levels are incredibly expensive for little gain
One of they few places ive seen the greedy pull aug used by other people and myself is when you are farming endo via the arena gamemode on Sedna. Its for the players playing Nekros, which what they have to do for those who dont know is to go to two separate places on the side of the map and keep their Desecrate on while looking at specific geometry to limit spawn locations for enemies. While the killing happens in the center right before the last enemy is killed the two Nekros's run to the center spamming pull to get all the endo.
Aww. Makes me a touch sad you didn't mention one of the original Mag bubble weapon combos - the Lanka. Still slaps in 2024 like it used to years ago. Great video though! Nice to see some Mag love here on the channel.
I didn't realize how much Mag had changed holy. I haven't touched her since I first started Warframe when I first discovered it on Ps4 almost a decade ago
For the shards i’d highly recommend going 2 yellow for casting speed+ 2 red for ability strength&duration and 1purple for equilibrium. If you wanna go for breach surge on her 4th and wanna go stealth. Combining breach surge and magnatized shards creates infinite dmg with breach surge and the constant popping of the shards. Easily making you hit dmg cap with only 20 enemies and somewhat decent duration. However i like to run low duration and more range so that bubbles explode faster+ deals more dmg.
I quite like the “Well of Life” build because of the healing and status immunity it provides. I’m very much looking forward to seeing how it’ll fare with the Trin rework we’re getting
2:43 let me be that someone in the comments saw a Knightmareframe build couple years ago, where he used greedy pull on Ivara, so that he didnt have to away from his zipline to pick up energy, because it would reset some buffs or something, or just because it was more convinient that way, either way, it was useful there. Sooo there you go, one very niche use case
I helminth in Gara Blood Altar to Mag, so that the Magnetized targeted enemy doesnt die and last longer. With the mod Magnetize Discharge, you can create a larger range black hole or sun, where all the enemy gets suck in for a long duration of time while you kinda AFK. I saw someone posted that build but I cant rmember who ahah.
Hey, I can be obsessed with my Shade all day long :< But jokes aside, I hear you. That's why I also added a Build variation for if you don't want to use Shade with this setup ;)
The good thing about polarize is that if you're spamming it for shield-gating, you usually end up full-stripping things as they're traveling to you anyways. I find it sufficient enough that I've lately been playing with Crush helminth'd for xata or nourish or something else.
That's a very valid point. Especially with some decent Ability STR, the Polarize spam is definitely able to full strip and for Shield Gating I also prefer it over Crush. I think it's kind of a hot take for many but if you don't need the one cast armor strip then Crush is not all too necessary as you said. Happy I'm not the only one who feels like this xD
Blood alter mag is absolutely my favorite. Especially when you get a 200% range invigoration, and bulletjump to put an enemy and your bubble (the vacuum) up high, literally sucks in EVERYTHING. Then using mag discharge (even the blast range for that is increased) and it just shreds EVERYTHING. It's amazing.
@ Tysm I enjoy watching your videos with my dad cause we play together and it’s interesting looking at someone who’s know the game and see different things. So Ty and keep up the good content
I was messing around in Helminth and I put Sentient Wrath on my Mag so I can give the enemies in my Magnetize Bubbles the vulnerability debuff and it works pretty well!
Magnetise agument is great, range is a flavoe thing, but in a squad, its nice you can collapse them yourself to not srew over your or their shots. I use dread and paris incarnon for bubbles of death, i also use norish, so no alter, the bubbles stay and disrupt endless mission types. You being anle to decide where bubbles go (you can have up to 3) is just a nice quality of life.
Funny. When I was just starting out, every single video specifically says "just dont go with Mag". Now we are here lol this is why it's always good to test things for yourself and not just go with what you youtubers TELL YOU the current meta is. Just go test the waters. I never regretted started with Mag.
Funny how things change. The new player guides when I started all recommended her because Volt was easy to get from a Dojo and you get Excal Umbra for free.
Yay! *Happy bone shattering noises* I haven't got my helminth segment yet so I'm running a plain ol' girl, but I gotta say the Gorgon and Natrurk make the "Bullet Blender" so much fun.
Back in the day mag greedy pull used to pull energy and you would run void keys with a mad and mesa and non stop have mesa shooting everything never missing or no cone smaller the good ol days of sitting 20 min for loki sys
Hey i know i'm late but because 1999 dropped there is a new arcane that gives ability strength and final crit multiplier as long as you're invisible so you can change one of the arcanes with that one and it should be very fun.
Another build for mag that could make doing the riven challenge where you’re dealing with dargyn pilots in PoE (especially the one where you have to use a bow) is basically big range, enemy radar to spawn them faster, and anything else that would make it easier for you to do that challenge. I personally use casting speed and preparation. You could also you energy nexus and things like that. Hope this helps anyone that comes across this.
@ as they should lol what an amazing warframe also great video been trying to get my gf into warframe so this is so helpful I suck at explaining things
I mained her many moons ago. Update 9. Her prime had 'just' come out. farmed immediately, Mag prime was both my second owned frame, and 1st prime frame. Made a Polarize nuke. For many years could dip into Tower with a Vauban buddy and a Drean, vauban vacuumed up enemies, polarize nuked them. Super OP, dmg scaled based on the AMOUNT of enemie shields, which meant enemie level didn't matter. If a sheild drove was there, they all died. Did some really chill 6+ hour farms back in the day. It got nerfed into irrelevancy, but back in the day, Greedy pull grabbed loot in a RADIUS, thru walls, for the WHOLE team. Worked GREAT for AFK Mesa farming back in teh day too. Then DE reworked her, and i dropped her like a sack of wet potatoes. Picked her back up this month....Not 'as' OP as before, but new Magnetize and sheild gate builds are really really good. Note, the Magnetize augment is good with maxed range. If you stand INSIDE the bubble, enemies can't shoot you (it acts as a second sheild). Rather than cast a new bubble on a distant enemy, Pull them into the giant bubble.
This is why I love the Helminth invigoration system. It motivates me to play warframes that I don't usually tend to play or haven't played in a while. Sadly, I missed out on Mag Prime last year. Hopefully she appears in a resurgence soon (maybe during the end of the year resurgence event?). :)
I main Mag and this still opened my eyes to new things! I wanna try Well of Life, since she's a glass cannon in my experience, but The Silver Grove is a frustrating quest... (tips welcome) My favorite synergy with her is the Penta! I use the Secura Penta since I'm New Lokan... Basically, turning the bubble into a blender with undetonated grenades and Internal Bleeding, plus viral. It's not perfectly consistent but really, she turns every weapon into a room nuke, so it's fun to mess around with even in SP.
You can get trinity from normal circuit I believe, or if you want to make silver grove less annoying then use oxylus with his precept mod to scan plants for basically free.
I honestly don't like either Warframe, so I get them confused constantly. Just realized my mistake earlied today lol That's on me for being a hater~ uwu
mag pull augment is good for solo endurance missions if you're into that. Pulls all the ammo, heath and energy orbs to you without risking to much damage to yourself if you held up in defensive position.
@ But your right it’s not needed for the most optimal build. Like that invisible mag and the one with the wisp ability that you showed in this vid. Thanks for the upload and give me some new things to try out.
I started playing actively right after Khora Prime got vaulted. My starter frame was Mag. A month ago i bought Mag Prime and have been using exclusively her since (with exceptions for leveling up frames for mastery). Now my main struggle in game is to get Mag Prime as the number 1 most used frame. I will probably reach L4 before that simply because of all my regular Mag usage. The struggles of a new Mag main
By the way, if you really wanna have some fun and keep her 1, spam Pull when you jump in the air. As a matter of fact, pre new war players having trouble with any enemy, bullet jump straight up and press your 1. Sometimes the best survivability is not dealing with that shit at all.
Dude forgot to try out the frame I STARTED the game with.😂 she's fantastic. Companion mod slots are pretty useful. Magnetize is very useful for thermia fractures, I have a loadout replacing her 4th with siren's silence, tenet tetra strips armor inside bubble with corrosion and fire with bullet ricochet from tetra mod, atomos for secondary doing viral and fire, melee is hirudo max crit build, pet is dirgia with helstrum, cold status with shivering contagion. Be careful with color choices.🎉🎉😎
Diriga with manifold bond and synth deconstruct is basically how I keep all my Warframes energized. It's starting to become that if I want to use other companions I'm not getting the energy I need lol
A heads-up for my experience with the Counter Pulse augment. If you have a lot of range/duration for your pulse do not bring it into a survival mission. It will stop the enemy flow from rooms away and in my experience has caused some runs to fall short before I realised what I was doing doing wrong
i have 2 cases in which i used greedy pull. the first was during the whole koumei mission farm in the early days its release. people would end up bringing your usual nukers like mirage and such to the mission, and the large map means that there is a lot of area to cover if you want all the drops, which considering the sheer amount of endo and mods to scrap for endo, it was worth it to get those drops and not just leave them on the floor. so i used mag to greedy pull fish up endo from the beaches of cetus and also grouped up some infested and yanked them off the doorsteps of the ostrons. the second case was after i first tried nyx again after hearing that she would get a rework in 1999, though this was before we had any details on what that rework was. nyx's kit pre-rework kinda doesn't do anything interesting or useful, aside from the whole 'make them kill each other' bit, and her 2 was basically useless. her 4 augment, however, makes her effectively invincible so long as you don't need to jump, and since her abilities are all kinda crap anyway, i could freely invest entirely into making her augmented absorb last for as long as possible. to make it easier to melee enemies, i tossed on pull, and figured greedy pull would help get me drops and more importantly energy orbs to keep the invincibility up indefinitely. other than those, greedy pull is a bit of a niche augment, more for quality of life than actual utility.
Magneticed Dischard is a very good aug, for someone with 100's of hours on Mag... but yeah this kinda things u will feel for yourself if u play enough.
Oh absolutely! She's a natural Shield Gater ^^ The thing with Shield Gating is that right now Overshields do count into the invincibility time frame but they are not meant to so it might get changed in the future. That's why I rather bank on her 3 for the Shield Gating ;)
Some people use Mag’s Pull augment when doing super long endurance runs in a team so all they have to do is literally sit there and spam armor strip and pull
I get why you say that but Excalibur is the best because of how easy to understand his play style. Mag is objectively the worst because of how complicated she is to a new player's eyes. To a veteran, she is the best starter but for a new player Excalibur is.
id say volt is due to him being a do it all frame and being very food with simple mode like stretch flow and streamlined. i think all of the options are good tho
@@Desolator-ny7cb Volt is much better than excal as a beginner frame since he teaches you the game, Excal has 0 learning curve, Mag has too big of a learning curve for a beginner (and needs mods) Sooo yeah, Volts best beginner frame, since he is pretty straight forward, but has some things you need time to leanr and master. and he also has 4 useful abilites unlike Excal (generally useful ones, not trash level and augmented useful ones) But Mag is the best warframe out of the starters, just not best beginner frame, its Volt and its not even close although, theres a handful of frames much better suited for beginners than even Volt
It depends on the type of new player. She is great for ppl who are familiar with the "mage playstyle" if they are coming from other games--mechanics like mp (energy) starvation, low hp/defense, strong control/nuke. Usually these players have no problem with overly complicated systems and making big trade-offs for op abilities. That being said, I suppose there's not a lot of those in general 😅
I like using the Steflos with well of life. It's funny to watch the ball from Steflos grow in size since it gets bigger as it pierces enemies and since it just stays in the middle of magnetize it gets ridiculously huge with more enemies.
I started last week with a Mag out of sheer 'this fits me'. But damn if this game isn't complicated. I wrapped Heart of Deimos a few days ago and that mech thing at the heart was dumb as hell. I'm not having any luck talking myself into firing it up again. Mostly I found myself doing defense missions over and over just for some action I could actually be involved in. There is so much here, I want to keep playing, but.. there's so much here.
First of all, welcome to Warframe :D About Heart of Deimos, I totally agree. For me personally, this Quest as well as the Mech Fights was one of the least interesting things to play :/ I would recommend focussing on finifshing the Star Map. In order to do so, the game will have you do certain Story Quests at certain milestones and some of these Story Quests are EXTREMELY cool. For example there is one calles "The New War" which is a 3-5h long cinematic triple A experience. I know Warframe can be a lot but if you enjoy the gameplay and the feel, then this might be a good roadmap ;)
I'm so sorry for your loss. Pre patched Mag was AMAZING. pull didn't used to group them in front of you. It gave enemies significant ragdoll momentum towards you. Enemies would often be dragged towards you,and flung well behind you. I would regularily rip enemies off their feet and put of bounds behind me. Also, greedy pull used to be AMAZING. It wasn't as effective. But it wasabouta thousand times more amusing.
What are you talking about? It still works like that. It's just that now there's a fixed point they're pulled towards. But they're still pulled with the same mechanic, so they can still go flying if they have their momentum when the ability stops.
@@Debatra. Negative. You don't understand. Current version of pull, enemies are dragged TO A POINT. Earlier version = enemies are ripped TOWARDS you, but aren't held at a fixed point. They were given momentum and maintained that ragdoll momentum until they are stopped in the terrain.
I'm a nervous wreck so if there are any typos I'm sorry beforehand. Yesterday I played with someone who had a pretty strong Mag build while I leveled my Hildryn Prime and he was rank 10. I feel more and more embarassed that I'm a rank 19 and still can't make one good build (except for Hildryn when I built her for pure shield apparently) And also the same person who complimented my build somehow mixed her up with Inaros, eventhough he knows almost anything and gives advice to everyone regarding Warframes. I get that after a while the sheer number of Warframes is making it hard to remember but they're literally the opposite 😅
so as a fellow rep 19 i get that making builds is very hard until you realize that nearly every build just focuses on like 3 ability stats duration strength and range some characters are a lot harder to mod ie: characters with psudo exalted's but you can go onto the wiki to check how those warframe stats affect their warframe abilities
for example of a buildcrafting idea wisp has her motes as her first ability they have infinite duration they also buff teammates with bonus's tied to strength so you would want to build for high strength with duration as a dump stat the only ability that utilities duration is her clone but you mostly just use that to get the 3 seconds of invincibility
I didn’t understand build making until like 22, you’ll get the feel eventually but don’t be afraid to really experiment. I find myself making my own builds for my own play-styles, it’s like rivens, sometimes others think it’s bad BUT that roll is mandatory for your build.
Disagree with Counter Pulse augment. Fracturing Crush augment does Counter Pulse's job better, but it also makes casting of Crush faster and makes it armor strip enemies. There's absolutely no reason to not use it (if you take Mag to Steel Path you really won't have to worry about energy issues either). For Helminth I personally believe that Smite is her strongest option, since it does insanely high dmg and is very cheap to cast, so you can spam it.
I think Polarize/Crush will always be a huge discussion. I personally prefer Polarize because of the quicker cast and the fact that outside of endurance runs, Mag is so strong that armor stripping doesn't seem all to necessary on her. Again, not saying you're wrong but I think one can make a good argument for both sides here ^^
Replace 4 with silenced helmith, put all max range mod, and you can remove all annoying eximus skill, no more color chaos, big bubble, suck in whole room, and boom
The only scenario i can guess where the pull augment is useful is when the loot from a mob fall out of bond. I've had once an arcane from a zariman angel fall below the map and i'm not even sure the augment works on these. (but there you go i've made your comment ^^)
For the nourish set up i replaced it with her 1st and i run that set up as a more of a support mag. Team gains infinite energy+ overshields+ polarized shards and bubble is a fantastic meat grinder with the nataruk.
I think there are more one handed skills in the game, but I also love her one handed casting animations. I think being one handed is definitely an underrated feature in Warframe ;)
12:31 i use mag like this, watching the damage from breach surge ramp up the damage from the bubble and the bubbles damage increasing the breach surge damage is very satisfying Edit: idk if this is true or not but im pretty sure a bubble can absorb damage from another bubble exploding
For your non invisible nuke build, a better option would be to use archon stretch with the diriga in addition to benefiting from everything you mentioned earlier in the video and also triggers archon stretch with every enemy hit
Greedy pull was so useful back in the day for farming, at least when it pulled loot for everyone! Sadly it no longer does 🥺 Use to run squads of Mag + Frost + Mesa + Nova. Mag did have quite an important role to play keeping everyone fed with energy and keeping those shields up. Good times! I mostly just use Greedy pull for large maps where I'm trying to farm a specific material or mod drop. Max out her range and pull until the loot comes home 😅 But really, not that useful anymore. Unless you're a newbie with a little bit of standing with a syndicate that has Greedy Pull and no companions yet, that could've a good usecase
@@MHBlacky_ENG P.S I didn't intend for this to become an essay, but loved Mag so much! And now I can love her again 💜 Thanks for the great video! I think it pulled loot for everyone right when it was introduced (before my time as well). I started playing early 2015 and I think the nerf happened about mid 2015, so I was still quite new to WF at the time, but it made me so sad when that nerf came in, I did everything I could to have the best possible mod config 😅 Even dropped 200 plat on the Arcane Coil helmet for Mag before arcanes themselves were introduced 😄 It did cause issues though, all 4 squad members could just sit on a defence objective and literally do nothing but spam their abilities 😅 It would sometimes also pull loot into the skybox or other structures where you couldn't reach it. So DE really wasn't a fan lol, and I totally understand why it was nerfed. But now we have so many options for farming stuff these days and many great frames to try! 😊
Also, magnetize, breach surge, and then throw glaive with volatile quick return (and melee duplicate if you have it) Xoris hits, creates AOE explosion, and makes lots of surge sparks. Melee duplicate can trigger, making a new round of sparks. Then, you detonate it right after it hits. More sparks. Melee duplicate CAN trigger off of this detonation as well. All damage is stored, added to the bubble. The main target is DEFINATELY dead. So detonate the magnetize bubble with the augment, and AOE, for a massive nuke again. On perfect RNG, Damage is dealt from the throw, done again from the explosion, both of those are doubled, done again by the sparks, all buffed by the bubble, all of that is improved by the magnetize multiplier, and dealt again as AOE explosion when the bubble collapses. And it's all done as AOE. And if you do this in a hallway, enemies on one side of the bubble can't hit you, as their projectiles get caught in the bubble. The bubbles are great for mitigating damage, AND dealing damage. She's difficult to play, VERY active... But Mag is a POWERHOUSE when played well.
Thats cool and all but I just spam jump slams and 1 shot entire rooms w my big hammer. Insta 1bill+ on steel path enemies. 1 shot those robots in that one game mode disruption or w.e too. Has a 41meter range insanely far for melee. Only downside is my teamates might not get to hit a single mob because I use it on Guass and just speed demon wipe the map.
@contaim7227 Firstly, I respect that. If you enjoy hammer slam, then let out your inner carpenter. For me, tho... I just do NOT like that playstyle. One of my favorite things to do, is use the absurd Warframe combos to do shenanigans. Styanax (high duration build) + epitaph + bubonico = orbital cannon. High jump, drain the bubonico, chain into Final Stand, then drain the bubonico when it lands.e Eptiaph for flavor. Protea (high strength build) + energized munitions + void fuel + grattler = infinite MG42 emplacement. The Koumei quest felt more like a reverse Normandy invasion. Nekros + shadows of the dead + roar + favorite primer = evil overlord. "My minions will deal with you." It's just more fun to me than... Hammer smash. Hammer smash. Hammer smash... Again...
What's your opinion of firing the Dread into the bubble? Pair it with the new invisibility augment it gives some nice surplus survivability and incaron also doesn't hurt.
Which Helminth and Weapons do you play with Mag?
Non, cuz I don't play her
Hahaha the MHBlacky way of life xD

Limbo (I don't remember if DE killed his ult opening containers or not) or Xaku with maximum range, + Subsumed Mag Pull + Greedy Pull Augment = The GO TO resource farming for Deimos! Load in- zip around the map spamming 4 + Pull to break open all the cysts and ganglions. (Sadly isn't very effective for Vome or Fass residue, but with your favorite semi-auto weapon to pop them, Greedy Pull will get those for you too.
Thank you for the in detail explanation ^^
Fun fact is I actually do use Limbo as a crate breaker (still works) but have never thought about combining it with Greedy Pull :O
Thank you for sharing! Sounds like a nice emergency maneuver ^^
I can't thank you enough for adding those beginner build section and love n looking forward to your future v8ds
Heck I found how good the Rakta Dark Dagger is thanks to you lol.😂
me who’s used it as my starter in 2016: Finally, vindication!
Hahaha great starter choice, I gotta say :D
this may have already been mentioned by someone else, but for the beginner build using Equilibrium and Redirection, you don't need to max them out. like every other 10 rank mod, getting them to 8/10 will be more than sufficient enough and the last two levels are incredibly expensive for little gain
she was my starter back in 2013. glad to see her at the top.
Very nice pick :D
Happy to see you still around after all those years ^^
One of they few places ive seen the greedy pull aug used by other people and myself is when you are farming endo via the arena gamemode on Sedna.
Thank you for sharing!
Aww. Makes me a touch sad you didn't mention one of the original Mag bubble weapon combos - the Lanka. Still slaps in 2024 like it used to years ago.
Great video though! Nice to see some Mag love here on the channel.
OG gas electric Lanka I'd still argue is better than the arca plasmor especially with a riven.
How did you read my mind I finished mag prime last night and was about to look for builds today
I live under your bed :3
Hope you found it helpful and wish you a great time with Mag ;)
Ayyy, I've been looking for Mag builds and this is nice to see. Good job mr ytber
Thank you
I didn't realize how much Mag had changed holy.
I haven't touched her since I first started Warframe when I first discovered it on Ps4 almost a decade ago
Any Warframe: *exists*
Blacky: But what if it were invisible?
Yep, that's me xD
For the shards i’d highly recommend going 2 yellow for casting speed+ 2 red for ability strength&duration and 1purple for equilibrium. If you wanna go for breach surge on her 4th and wanna go stealth. Combining breach surge and magnatized shards creates infinite dmg with breach surge and the constant popping of the shards. Easily making you hit dmg cap with only 20 enemies and somewhat decent duration. However i like to run low duration and more range so that bubbles explode faster+ deals more dmg.
Oooh low duration for the Bubble Nuke... Nice idea. Thank you for sharing :D
Lebron James
No diddy
no Jordan? o.O
You are my sunshine
The bronze age.
The wrong way
I quite like the “Well of Life” build because of the healing and status immunity it provides. I’m very much looking forward to seeing how it’ll fare with the Trin rework we’re getting
We use greedy pull during endo farms and when the mission comes to an end we just spam the ability to pickup all the remaining endo :D
Ooooh this is actually really smart. Thank you for sharing! :D
Mag is one of my fevrot warframes in the game ty for giving her a true interdiction
Can totally understand why you would love her :D
Mag Prime Resurgence is on the 12th this month so that's amazing timing!
Have they announced the Resurgence plan yet? :O
@@MHBlacky_ENG they intend to bring back every Prime (+their weapons etc.) in 2 rotations:)
2:43 let me be that someone in the comments
saw a Knightmareframe build couple years ago, where he used greedy pull on Ivara, so that he didnt have to away from his zipline to pick up energy, because it would reset some buffs or something, or just because it was more convinient that way, either way, it was useful there. Sooo there you go, one very niche use case
Thank you so much for sharing :D
@@MHBlacky_ENG and thank you for making good quality videos on this game
I helminth in Gara Blood Altar to Mag, so that the Magnetized targeted enemy doesnt die and last longer. With the mod Magnetize Discharge, you can create a larger range black hole or sun, where all the enemy gets suck in for a long duration of time while you kinda AFK. I saw someone posted that build but I cant rmember who ahah.
Don't let DE find out, they hate afk farming and ban people for it in some cases.
@@excalitto thats been known for over a year
0:22 This seems a little misleading as that's not part of Mag's kit. Also i think you may be obsessed with the Shade lol
Hey, I can be obsessed with my Shade all day long :<
But jokes aside, I hear you. That's why I also added a Build variation for if you don't want to use Shade with this setup ;)
Nice to see you do a video on my 2nd favorite frame. Let’s also give kudos to mag for all the amazing tennogen skins that she has.
Happy you liked the vid! :D
And I totally agree. She has a whole lot of nice skins ^^
Happy I'm not the only one who feels like this xD
mag has heen one of my mains since the beginning, love to see people go all out with their builds😎
I can totally understand why you would main her. She's amazing and has definitely earned her place in my heart ^^
tbf, nobody would expect a starter frame to be one of the strongest in the game
Any frame can be OP nowadays w helm system and archon crystals/ pet/ operator combo. Excal OP af and is the first frame ever
Comes down to which way you want to kill enemies now all preference
@@contaim7227 fair, guess it's more about having a frame that's best for what mission you're doing.
Bro Tysm I just got mag and was waiting for a video like this to come out
Nice, perfect timing :D
Wish you much fun with your Mag ;)
@ Tysm I enjoy watching your videos with my dad cause we play together and it’s interesting looking at someone who’s know the game and see different things. So Ty and keep up the good content
I was messing around in Helminth and I put Sentient Wrath on my Mag so I can give the enemies in my Magnetize Bubbles the vulnerability debuff and it works pretty well!
Ever since Aoi was revealed, i knew i was destined to main her one day
I kinda felt like that about Nyx... until that tongue scene xD
Yay! *Happy bone shattering noises*
I haven't got my helminth segment yet so I'm running a plain ol' girl, but I gotta say the Gorgon and Natrurk make the "Bullet Blender" so much fun.
Back in the day mag greedy pull used to pull energy and you would run void keys with a mad and mesa and non stop have mesa shooting everything never missing or no cone smaller the good ol days of sitting 20 min for loki sys
Aaaaw the good old Void Key era... I unfortunately missed the whole thing :/
Oh that's a really neat way to go about the Riven Challenge. Thank you for sharing! :D
Where my mag mains at?
Hope they emerge from the shadows :D
@ as they should lol what an amazing warframe also great video been trying to get my gf into warframe so this is so helpful I suck at explaining things
o/ Base kit enjoyer with fracturing crush and casting speed.
Started with her, never could get rid of her 🧲
Always felt like Ninja Darth Vader with pull and crush
@ Lmaoo gotta love it bro
MAG my beloved 💕
I can now proudly consider myself a fan now, too ^^
Nobody will talk about the fact that blacky added timestamps?!
As a mag main, yall are late to this party
Better late than never :P
Fr
This is why I love the Helminth invigoration system. It motivates me to play warframes that I don't usually tend to play or haven't played in a while.
Sadly, I missed out on Mag Prime last year. Hopefully she appears in a resurgence soon (maybe during the end of the year resurgence event?). :)
Totally agree, this is an awesome system ^^
My fingers are also crossed for this year's Resurgence Event :D
@@Jabb2531 No, she wasn't in the resurgence since December 2023.
@ sorry was thinking of nova mb
@@Jabb2531 Oh, it makes sense. They look a bit similar. :)
I main Mag and this still opened my eyes to new things! I wanna try Well of Life, since she's a glass cannon in my experience, but The Silver Grove is a frustrating quest... (tips welcome)
My favorite synergy with her is the Penta! I use the Secura Penta since I'm New Lokan... Basically, turning the bubble into a blender with undetonated grenades and Internal Bleeding, plus viral. It's not perfectly consistent but really, she turns every weapon into a room nuke, so it's fun to mess around with even in SP.
Happy you enjoyed the vid ^-^
The Penta + IB Combo sounds really cool. Didn't think about that. Thank you for the suggestion :D
You can get trinity from normal circuit I believe, or if you want to make silver grove less annoying then use oxylus with his precept mod to scan plants for basically free.
What does well of life (trinity) have to do with the silver Grove (titania)?
I honestly don't like either Warframe, so I get them confused constantly. Just realized my mistake earlied today lol That's on me for being a hater~ uwu
You know who else is a nuke? BARUUK I WILL ALWAYS BE HERE TO REMIND YOU
Hahahaha gotta be real, you got a good laugh out of me with this one :D
Ill miss your Baruuk comments once I finally get to him ;)
I like Meg, shes cute especially with that bubbly round helmet on 😩
She definitely has a lot of nice fashion options ^^
I love the fashion and I never knew you haven’t played her but banger video
Thank you so much for the compliment
That 517 orokin cells feels like a personal attack
Miter and Panthera have always been fun with Mag's bubble. Sooo much carnage. Eat your heart out, Garuda.
mag pull augment is good for solo endurance missions if you're into that. Pulls all the ammo, heath and energy orbs to you without risking to much damage to yourself if you held up in defensive position.
Ah, I see what you mean... Yes, I can see that. Allows you to go behind cover and keeps your weapons fed ^^
@ But your right it’s not needed for the most optimal build. Like that invisible mag and the one with the wisp ability that you showed in this vid. Thanks for the upload and give me some new things to try out.
jokes on you cutie mag is alr my favorite warframe
Same here. My fav since I've started the game with her, been years and she is still my main
Oh no how dare you :P
That's really cool! Seems like you made the perfect choice ^^
I'm very bad at warframe, but man is it easy to appreciate fashion frame. I love that Mag fashion, good job with it
Aaaw thank you so much
By the way, if you really wanna have some fun and keep her 1, spam Pull when you jump in the air. As a matter of fact, pre new war players having trouble with any enemy, bullet jump straight up and press your 1. Sometimes the best survivability is not dealing with that shit at all.
Shes has been fun for me. Ive been enjoying using the Latron prime incarnon its ridiculous Blacky!
Oooh yes, I can imagine that. LPI is one of the greatest rifles we have and it makes big boom :3
Fun and informative video - thank you!
Thank you for the lovely compliment
Dude forgot to try out the frame I STARTED the game with.😂 she's fantastic. Companion mod slots are pretty useful. Magnetize is very useful for thermia fractures, I have a loadout replacing her 4th with siren's silence, tenet tetra strips armor inside bubble with corrosion and fire with bullet ricochet from tetra mod, atomos for secondary doing viral and fire, melee is hirudo max crit build, pet is dirgia with helstrum, cold status with shivering contagion. Be careful with color choices.🎉🎉😎
Wow, this sounds like an awesome Synergy! Thank you so much for sharing! :D
Blacky never cease to blow my mind love this man
Aaaaw thank you so much for the love
Diriga with manifold bond and synth deconstruct is basically how I keep all my Warframes energized. It's starting to become that if I want to use other companions I'm not getting the energy I need lol
I can totally see that. This combo is so incredibly good :D
She is my main, one of my most time played warframe aready, now i waiting for her Gemini skin
Oh, must be so cool to have mained a Frame for so long and then getting such a cool Gemini :D
She can replenish huge amount of shield via 3 skill. I think shieldgate is natural survival tool fo her.
Oh absolutely! She's a natural Shield Gater ^^
The thing with Shield Gating is that right now Overshields do count into the invincibility time frame but they are not meant to so it might get changed in the future. That's why I rather bank on her 3 for the Shield Gating ;)
Some people use Mag’s Pull augment when doing super long endurance runs in a team so all they have to do is literally sit there and spam armor strip and pull
Makes sense. Thank you for sharing ;)
Mag is objectively the best starter frame imo
I get why you say that but Excalibur is the best because of how easy to understand his play style. Mag is objectively the worst because of how complicated she is to a new player's eyes. To a veteran, she is the best starter but for a new player Excalibur is.
id say volt is due to him being a do it all frame and being very food with simple mode like stretch flow and streamlined. i think all of the options are good tho
@@Desolator-ny7cb Volt is much better than excal as a beginner frame since he teaches you the game, Excal has 0 learning curve, Mag has too big of a learning curve for a beginner (and needs mods)
Sooo yeah, Volts best beginner frame, since he is pretty straight forward, but has some things you need time to leanr and master. and he also has 4 useful abilites unlike Excal (generally useful ones, not trash level and augmented useful ones)
But Mag is the best warframe out of the starters, just not best beginner frame, its Volt and its not even close
although, theres a handful of frames much better suited for beginners than even Volt
In 2024 with all the Energy sustain that we can get early on now, I think that's a fair point to make ^^
I like using the Steflos with well of life. It's funny to watch the ball from Steflos grow in size since it gets bigger as it pierces enemies and since it just stays in the middle of magnetize it gets ridiculously huge with more enemies.
Ooooh this sounds super fun! :O
Thank you for sharing. I'll definitely try this out :D
My good sir. You did this video. Without saying the word penta once.
I must make a TH-cam video now.
First of all, welcome to Warframe :D
About Heart of Deimos, I totally agree. For me personally, this Quest as well as the Mech Fights was one of the least interesting things to play :/
I would recommend focussing on finifshing the Star Map.
@@notimportant4268yeah they all use to bounce off the walls it was hillarious.
I'm a nervous wreck so if there are any typos I'm sorry beforehand.
Yesterday I played with someone who had a pretty strong Mag build while I leveled my Hildryn Prime and he was rank 10. I feel more and more embarassed that I'm a rank 19 and still can't make one good build (except for Hildryn when I built her for pure shield apparently)
And also the same person who complimented my build somehow mixed her up with Inaros, eventhough he knows almost anything and gives advice to everyone regarding Warframes.
@@oiiooiioo5292that's the only frame that I could build first try😅 but thanks for the advice
I didn’t understand build making until like 22, you’ll get the feel eventually but don’t be afraid to really experiment. I find myself making my own builds for my own play-styles, it’s like rivens, sometimes others think it’s bad BUT that roll is mandatory for your build.
For prime resurgence mag will be available at december 9th with the resurgence event.
Just saw the announcement. Very nice! :D
The worst nerf Mag ever suffered was when they changed Pull from a satisfying KABONG to the current wet fart sound.
Again, not saying you're wrong but I think one can make a good argument for both sides here ^^
Smite… Cool. Have you tried Dark Verse.
@@killy7778 Smite is more fun
Replace 4 with silenced helmith, put all max range mod, and you can remove all annoying eximus skill, no more color chaos, big bubble, suck in whole room, and boom
Silence always the bane of Eximus existence xD
Finally my girl get the attention ahe deserve, i always nuke everything with my 270% range bubble
True, she really deserves it :D
Big Bubble be big gud :3
270…? Hmmmm… Sounds fun.

Hahaha makes sense xD
You're a great team mate ^^
Deine frame fashion ist fresh wie eko :D
Was, meine Fahsion ist Köln Kalk Ehrenmord? :P
The only scenario i can guess where the pull augment is useful is when the loot from a mob fall out of bond. I've had once an arcane from a zariman angel fall below the map and i'm not even sure the augment works on these. (but there you go i've made your comment ^^)
That's actually a nice suggestion, thanks ;)
For the nourish set up i replaced it with her 1st and i run that set up as a more of a support mag. Team gains infinite energy+ overshields+ polarized shards and bubble is a fantastic meat grinder with the nataruk.
Sounds like a cool setup. Your team will surely thank you ;)
nice Build!
Really like the video
Mag is if not the only one handed cast frame. So you can shoot and cast at the same time.
I think there are more one handed skills in the game, but I also love her one handed casting animations. I think being one handed is definitely an underrated feature in Warframe ;)
12:31 i use mag like this, watching the damage from breach surge ramp up the damage from the bubble and the bubbles damage increasing the breach surge damage is very satisfying
Edit: idk if this is true or not but im pretty sure a bubble can absorb damage from another bubble exploding
Man your videos r crazy good this makes me want to play mag 😂
I'm surprised you didnt mention her special helmet
For your non invisible nuke build, a better option would be to use archon stretch with the diriga in addition to benefiting from everything you mentioned earlier in the video and also triggers archon stretch with every enemy hit
Diriga works so well on so many setups, that's true ;)
Greedy pull was so useful back in the day for farming, at least when it pulled loot for everyone! Sadly it no longer does 🥺
Use to run squads of Mag + Frost + Mesa + Nova.
I see :D I think this could've been before my time xD
Thank you for sharing the old stories
@@MHBlacky_ENG P.S I didn't intend for this to become an essay, but loved Mag so much! And now I can love her again 💜 Thanks for the great video!
I think it pulled loot for everyone right when it was introduced (before my time as well). I started playing early 2015 and I think the nerf happened about mid 2015, so I was still quite new to WF at the time, but it made me so sad when that nerf came in, I did everything I could to have the best possible mod config 😅 Even dropped 200 plat on the Arcane Coil helmet for Mag before arcanes themselves were introduced 😄
It did cause issues though, all 4 squad members could just sit on a defence objective and literally do nothing but spam their abilities 😅 It would sometimes also pull loot into the skybox or other structures where you couldn't reach it. So DE really wasn't a fan lol, and I totally understand why it was nerfed.
But now we have so many options for farming stuff these days and many great frames to try! 😊
5:27 Latron prime incarnon is fun to use with mag 2ns ability xD Armor striping enemies with like 2 shots
Also, magnetize, breach surge, and then throw glaive with volatile quick return (and melee duplicate if you have it)
Xoris hits, creates AOE explosion, and makes lots of surge sparks.
I've not once considered using any arcane besides melee influence on the xoris. This sounds interesting
@contaim7227
Firstly, I respect that.
High jump, drain the bubonico, chain into Final Stand, then drain the bubonico when it lands.e
Eptiaph for flavor.
Protea (high strength build) + energized munitions + void fuel + grattler = infinite MG42 emplacement. The Koumei quest felt more like a reverse Normandy invasion.
Nekros + shadows of the dead + roar + favorite primer = evil overlord. "My minions will deal with you."
It's just more fun to me than... Hammer smash. Hammer smash. Hammer smash... Again...
while being invisable
bro thats ur shade not mag
but at least you used time stamps
I use greedy pull on limbo with max range and go into deimos and spam cataclysm and pull to get tons of loot, specifically lucent teroglobes
Ooooh that's a cool combo for Mr. Crate Breaker. Thank you for sharing! :D
Better done on xaku imo. Classic box breaker tech
u can also use oberon's smite instead of breach surge
no man i will go xaku max range build and gamble my every run :)
man this really had to come out right after the Succmut video
What's your opinion of firing the Dread into the bubble? Pair it with the new invisibility augment it gives some nice surplus survivability and incaron also doesn't hurt.
