    Ingredients and Measurements:
    To season and steam the duck:
    6 lb. of duck (cleaned and washed)
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tbsp. green seasoning
    To make the curry paste:
    1 head of garlic (peeled and ground)
    2 wiri wiri peppers (optional)
    2 tbsp. green seasoning
    1/2 sazon packet
    3 tbsp. curry powder
    2 tbsp. masala
    1 tsp. tomato paste
    1/2 tbsp. Soogrim's Ground Cumin/Geera
    2 tbsp. Soogrim's Hot Pepper Sauce
    To cook the curry:
    3 tbsp. oil
    1 onion sliced
    3 scallions chopped
    curry paste (see above)
    salt to taste
    steamed duck meat
    water to cover and cook the duck
