RegisteredNurseRN, Sarah, I just wanted to thank you for everything that you have done for me! You got me through Nursing school, AND you also helped me to pass NCLEX on first attempt with 75 questions (thank you for recommending the Saunder's NCLEX Prep Book...10/10 would recommend to others!) ! I am now a Registered Nurse working on a Pulmonary Medical-Surgical floor, and I still watch your videos! You are AMAZING!!!
Hi Sarah, I just passed my NCLEX-RN on my first try with 75 questions. Thank you so much for your lectures! I watched all of your videos on NCLEX reviews that really really help me .
I have been on Warfarin for 22 years. It's not that you need to avoid green leafy vegetables, it's that you want to be consistent with your diet of green leafy vegetables once your Warfarin dosage has been dialed in by your doctor. If you want to increase (or decrease) your weekly intake of green leafy vegetables, you need to do it slowly in tandem with your INR checks because your doctor will need to adjust your Warfarin dosage to compensate for your change of vitamin K intake. Bottom line is communicate with your doctor if plan to make a lifestyle change and increase (or decrease) your normal weekly diet of green leafy vegetables, but don't avoid them.
You'd be surprised how many Australian nurses relied on your videos to get them through practical assessments at nursing school (differences in twangy accents aside). Keep up the good work!
You have made learning about these topics SOOO much easier and more interesting. I love the way you explain things and really break it down and teach us. Thank you so much! We all appreciate it!! You make nursing school a little less stressful!
thank you so much, you're a great help.. A couple of months ago I passed my CGFNS test and your strategies to remember really worked..thank you so much
Hi Sarah! Thanks so much for all your lessons , it’s very helpful and all these videos made me pass NCLEX RN at the first attempt 😊 and I also still watching your video! Thanks again
Hi Sarah... Thank you so much for the videos that you made. It helps a lot on my preparation for NCLEX exam. Next year... Please make a video about thrombolytics drugs. Thank you😁😁😁
REckon me a pro at this one. As far as I know Heparin is given during operations in order to lessen chance of clots. As for Warfarin. Took it for decades switched to Xeralto about 2 years ago. My INR sometimes for no reason would drop to 1 or lower, PT would go up about 5 and down to about .8. Diet yep no green leafy nothing, a 5 year old would love that. The monitoring sucks. Since taking the crap and no one has ever been able to tell me why, except for having DVT in both legs and PE to my right lung.
Does anybody tell me if all these and thousands other of biological and chemical reactions and processes are just existed by itself without God creation , design, engineering and manufacturing?

One day teachers will teach like you in nursing school. Actually teach students.
I hope that’s the case! Nursing school would be impossible without the help of TH-cam videos!!

I'll be an LPN in three weeks and you helped with all my work thank you so much I'll continue to use you throughout my carrier
Bonus: antithrombin is part of the negative feedback system that stops the body from clotting too much and for too long.
Keep up the great work Sarah.
