I liked this- especially the way you pointed out that what we eat is as important as what we do on the mat. After all our bodies are literally created by the molecules of the food! I like how you pointed out that our conscious intentions matter as well as the whole environmental and social context matter too- we are not in fact separate from these. I personally have arrived at an organic, vegan diet for ethical and health reasons. I went through a process. I like the way you point yoga students toward paying attention to diet and discovering the truth for themselves. I related to the part about getting tempted by things that aren’t really helpful and not being perfectionist. That said, I realize I can keep improving. Thanks.

If I may, I would add being present, fully conscious when eating/chewing and sometimes even visualizing the growing process of the food 🙏✨xx love from France 🇫🇷

Excellent points and ones that the French are naturally more aware of than many. 🙏

Don't throw out day old food, that's wasteful and unnecessary. I get what you're saying but that's madness.
