No kidding. Ive been cutting hair by myself with other video but this way is more easy way to do so. Ive tried this and it really worked. So much better. Thank you so much.
I tried other methods before. They all take forever. This is absolutely the easiest and quickest one and I got amazing results!!! The only thing I’ll say though - for folks with thick hair, I recommend parting the back into 3 sections each side instead of 2. Overall, highly recommend this video yay!!! 🎉🎉🎉

I hope you see this in time! 🤣 I also have thick hair and it didn’t work, I had to go to the salon to TRY and get it fixed, the girl instantly knew what I tried to do and she said she just fixed somebody else’s hair who did the same lmao She said it really only works if you have straight/thin hair…I’m still trying to grow out my uneven pieces 6 months later 🙃
@@nyceexo53I have really thick hair and this method works great for me! Maybe you messed up somehow? Didn’t angle it enough or something. Also you do have to go back in and touch up/thin it out. This is just a guide imo.

If your instinct is to cut it tho, be brave, you will rock it 💜 plus it will always grow back if you aren't thrilled (but it sounds like subconsciously you want a change)

My hair is to my but. I wonder if this would work if I just didn't cut as much off. Then later go in and cut the front w some face framing layers. 🤔 should I try it. I'm scared 😬 way easier than all the other videos where I'm like wait what did you say?lol.
What if I want longer layers? Do I just pull it out to the side more instead of so high up? I already have short hair and just need like an inch cut off of damage. It's just past my shoulders and I am dying to cut the rest of the damage off, but I'm scared and want to do it correctly. 😅
Can ❤you please film showing the back/sides? When you divide the back right into two sections we can’t see. Also it’s hard to see the diagonal when you film from the front. ❤❤❤
Really super sharp ones are best - not sure what she's using but i found a dangerously sharp pair that were sold as a fancy stitch ripper on amazon and they are perfect for cutting hair. Duller ones make it much more difficult as you kinda hafta saw with the blades so it's really hard on your hand (and the result will be less appealing as well)
Girl I have a doubt. When we take the section of a layer to cut the other section, so then we have to cut it straight or in slanting direction .pls clear this doubt

Yes. My hair is about two inches past my shoulders and is naturally curly. It totally works. I did have my daughter help me be my eyes in the back.

They always curl their hair for the reveal so you never get to see what the cut actually looks like with straight hair.
