What I really love about your 8 bit songs is that you also include the voice lines, whereas most Sabaton 8 bit vids only just have the background guitar and drums.
I love how Sabaton was able to capture their situation through their songs example is the Devil Dogs, the music captured the chaotic and the US Marines' struggle during the Battle of Bellau Woods, another is 82nd All The Way captured the rushing moment of Alvin York defending the Hill

as I'm listening to this I'm envisioning an 8 bit game where you ply several different characters corresponding with different songs. First level, a simple trend soldier. second, the guy the songs about. third, sergeant York. fourth, a group of Russians suffering from the gas, which would make sense, as every new life is another Russian soldier. fifth, a member of the corps. Sixth, the Red Baron themselves. Sixth, someone at the same trench as number one, but to show the battles have gotten worse. seventh, the sniper guy. eighth is back at the same trenches as one, but much much harder, maybe final boss stuff. Ninth is the credits song and the final is the song playing when you get a game over.
It was a hard song to capture all the elements in the song in the first place. And then make it sound good in 8-bit is another thing. Did the best I could 🙂
